Had a shocking experience with Rust-oleum paint went to my local hardware to get paint for my upvc front door and rust-oleum is what they recommended for upvc I followed instructions correctly and after applying the first coat I could see the panel in the door was a small bit raised/swollen though maybe was always like that and with colour change I was only noticing it but as the days went on and extra few coats went on the door just kept getting worse till a point where you could see a curve in the door and it was getting tight to latch and then the next time we had heavy rain the panel in door was curved that bad any rain they hit the door ran down the door and ran inside the house which was quite a bit in the Irish climate I then contacted rust-oleum numerous times over a few months but they keep saying it was my doors fault but door was perfect before applying rust-oleum paint wouldn’t be a product I’d be using again and there customer service is shocking the lady I was talking to was alway to call me back but never did and she was far from nice

If it was a underlying problem with my door it was still the application of rust-oleum paint that
Caused the
Door to have a issue
And the good will gesture that was offered to help replace the door was £50 hardly more than covered the price of the tin of paint

Love my Matt torch grey cupboard paint.i painted my under sink cabinet so didn't have to buy a new one and the wood boxing at that back of my sink and toilet area and it's gone on really well looks really smart am so pleased with this.

Products are good, but I found myself ordering a lot of samples to colour match kitchen cabinets - samples were very different to the website and to the packet colour.
The website is poorly designed not having any clear colour comparison chart; encouraging buying lots of samples. When I reached out after having purchasing about ten samples; there was no desire to recognise what I bought - they should really be embarrassed it took that many if it were professional. I think the prices are far to high for what is being sold, and wasn't to keen on Sam's response which really was lazy and poor; and encouraged junk mail - a pet hate of mine.

I am really happy that i bought "rust oleum painters touch". First coat just a bit sprayed 1/2 and next one in 15mins
Every thing looks like I just brought new things from shop and twas so fast and easy.

Really happy with the cupboard paint made a diy kitchen spruce up so much easier than expected. Will be ordering more and using the brand for the wood panelling too

Commande passée le 29 octobre nous sommes le 14 novembre et je n'ai toujours rien reçue. J'ai peur qu'elle n'arrive jamais. On me répond juste qu'ils vont voir avec le transporteur et revenir vers moi quand ils en sauront plus, ça fait 4 jours et pas de nouvelles... je me demande si je vais être livrée un jour ! Je mettrai un autre avis si je reçois enfin mes articles.
Je complète mon avis, j'ai été livrée le 22 novembre rust oleum m'a répondu et envoyé à nouveau les articles suite à un problème de livraison. Il aura donc fallu 24 jours et plusieurs relances pour qu'une solution soit trouvée. En conclusion ils sont sérieux car j'ai fini par être livrée mais les solutions tardent à arriver quand il y'a un problème...

I chose this paint as read it was good for painting over tiles and it didn't disappoint. Did a fantastic job on my floor hall tiles. I tried all different paints and this was the best.

Paint goes on easily and gives a professional looking finish. Kitchen cupboards look like new!

I have just purchased my first home and need to re-paint every room in the house, I went out on a limb and bought some testers from rust-oleum as I had never used them before, and I was beyond impressed! The quality of the paint is amazing and I have never found painting so easy, the walls and ceilings paint is a great consistency and means you don't have to do four coats to get a beautiful coverage! I have bought wall paint, outdoor paint for the front door and kitchen cupboard paint and they are all equally as great quality. I will definitely be buying all my future paint from rust-oleum!

Bought the kitchen cupboard paint, in Pinewoods satin. Lovely to paint with, drys quick and looks amazing.

i ordered 5 tins in all from Rust-Oleum and 1 can ordered was an incorrect shade and i wanted to return 1 can, straight out of box, unopened.

My oh my, never realised the return would be so problematic. Although it says return within 14 days but you have to pay the postage but more than that, there is no carrier that would take the paint for return and Rust-Oleum has not provided any help in getting the return sorted.

i would prefer buying from my local BnQ or Wickes next time just to save the hassle of return.

I realise I might have been a bit harsh on 2 star rating so changing it to a 4 star as I feel customer service is very good. Returns are difficult, yes, but the quality of paint is excellent.

Ordered paint and paid for next day delivery as desperately needed, however the paint did not arrive until 48hr after I ordered it.
I contacted rust oleum for a refund for the ‘next day delivery fee’ but they would not give me a refund.
I think this is very poor service and I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

The colour has fantastic coverage and goes on so easy, painted our mosaic tiles and wow what a difference !
Will recommend to everyone I know and would definitely use again.
Seems scratch proof and has left a very nice coating on the tiles, no drips or marks from rolling the paint on !
