Customer service was slow, unresponsive and automated. Left in the dark with generic and unhelpful updates.

The Garment for the price is super good quality. The sizing is true and the delivery was quick

So slow to deliver, order was only partially fulfilled and when I returned some items exactly as instructed, they weren’t acknowledged or refunded. Good products, crap service, buy from a reseller if you like their stuff.

I placed an order with RVCA a month ago. Unfortunately, I have not received anything yet. My order is still showing as 'being processed'. I sent an email to customer service, which received a standard reply (from a robot) a few weeks later stating that they were very busy and receiving many emails. To date, I still have not received a substantive response from RVCA. And I still have not received my order, which has already been paid for. They also do not respond to DM messages on Instagram. I am very dissatisfied with RVCA and will therefore never order anything from them again in the future.

Always a great selection of clothing and accessories, top design and above all fit and comfort! Delivery service is always fast, even if the items have to come from the European warehouse.

Slow delivery, no info, then partial delivery of half the order. Sizing was terrible. Company didn't reply to my email about returns

I haven’t received my order. The tracking link in the dispatch email doesn’t work. I’ve contacted RVCA twice to get tracking details but have just been ignored. Clown shoes.

Quality and fit of the mens T shirts are faultless. Orders arrived on time.

Product arrived damaged and dirty yet the RVCA team are now completely ignoring all emails about returns. I sent a photograph with the damage the day it arrived.

Item took over 2 weeks to arrive and that was only after I had chased them via their not-so-simple customer service (which was in french?!) Had no tracking or updates on delivery. Has put me off wanting to order again which is a shame as I like the clothing. Need to sort the service out.

Clothing is great just let down from delivery time and updates. Would definitely order from RVCA again but will have to make sure I give plenty of time for delivery

Quality organic cotton tees with great designs. Fairly priced as well.

Return was delivered on March 31, 2026 and confirmed by DHL.
Despite multiple contact attempts, no refund was issued for weeks.
I only received my 420 € refund after escalating the case through PayPal buyer protection.
Very disappointing customer service experience.
