I ordered the lippert high torque motor for my slide. They only carried the lippert bed motor. I talk to a rep and he said they get the slide motor from an aftermarket company. I wanted to a higher quality motor. I looked up and found that the bed motor was compatible for both. I had the rep get ahold of of lippert directly and he found the the different part number was compatible. And definitely would work. He was super helpful and helped me feel comfortable in buying the motors. They came and i found a flaw i the design of the slide securing mount system. I engineered a solid mount that wont let the motors move and my slide works better that ever. The company that diagnosed the problem sent me a bid to replace all these parts that wasn’t needed. The motors were expensive but the bid was1 1200.00 more than the what i paid for the them from rv upgrades. Thanks for all your help

In trying to get a refund on an ordered product we did not use, they were totally unavailable. They did not return calls, did not respond to multiple emails and were basically not willing to do basic communication. We are out $330.80 and think we will never get our refund on this UNUSED product we returned.

In today's world, all I expect is that a company act as it should. Fair pricing, timely shipping, pleasant customer service and after sale service. Seems easy, but it is a dieing art. Rvupgradestore.com checks the boxes.

The G4 bi-color LED matched the description, arrived quickly, and was fairly priced. It came with longer than normal leads which would be easy to clip to length, but in my case allowed me to bend them so that the LED could be positioned in the center of the fixture and be pointed in the correct direction.

The thermostats arrived as expected and work great. I will consider using RV Upgrades again if the need arises

Always seems to have what I need for my RV, and delivery time (from order placement to delivery )is good. My only complaint would be the shipping and handling charges seem higher than many of the other businesses I deal with.

Looking for a 30 AMP power watchdog and could not beat the price and very fast shipping. Product was exactly as expected and worked great on my first trip.
