Great communication about shipping and part. Unfortunately when I received the part as it arrived being damaged. I had to return the part back and requested for a refund.

Ordered the eq systems self leveling system. It shipped quickly, it was a great kit. I took off 1 star for the instructions. There was no description of where the pump is supposed to be located. There was also no mention of that the rear cylinders are intended to be linked together on the retract side. Odd oversight in the instructions, as the rest of the instructions were great.

Purchased a toilet from rv upgrades and it did not work. I contacted the manufacturer and they were aware of the defect and it was directed to follownupnwith the store I purchased it from. It have been several weeks and I still have not gotten a response from them.

I ordered a Trailhead RV Step Rugs package for MORryde StepAbove Steps. It came promptly but was not a good fit. The website showed as being specifically for a Gen 2 two step unit. But the package I received showed Gen 3. I found that the rug meant for the bottom step (per instructions) barely fit my top step. Since I really wanted just the top step I went with that but the other rug was useless.
