Fast speed delivery

RVupgrades had the Carefree awning parts that I needed, even some parts that Carefree did not have.
Parts were shipped promptly.

They shipped quickly and answered pre-order questions quickly so I ordered the correct item. Can't ask for more than that. i ordered the Dirt Devil RV vacuum. NOTE: I used to install central vacuums in home construction and this little unit really sucks and THAT is a GOOD thing! Highly recommend.

I always enjoy ordering my RV parts from upgrades. The quality of the items that are available and the number of potential options is the reason for my preference. Delivery is always prompt.

The items were much less than Amazon or anyone else and arrived quicker than I expected them to. That's really all anyone wants, isn't it?

Terrible customer service! I ordered RV Superbag Travasak Replacement sheets. They said they would come in 2 weeks, then 3, then 4, then I thought I had cancelled the order, but..... they came while we were not home! So I thought great-- I can use them. They were 18 inches longer (on both ends) than described. The only option I was given was to return them, and get a refund! I just fixed them myself.

Slow to ship. Advertised 5 in stock and would ship in 1-2 days. Took a week before it was shipped and was drop shipped from the manufacturer. I chose RVUpgrades for this order over others because of the faster shipping they advertised, but they didn't deliver. I probably won't order from them again due to this misleading situation. I had to email them two days in a row to get a response on when my order would ship. Not impressed by their customer service.
