The customer service is wonderful. Polite and helpful. Love the staffs. The best Optician that I have ever had in 75 years.

I had my eyes checked for the first time in a long time. I was very intrigued with how thorough the exam was. The ophthalmologist was very friendly and efficient in explaining the results to me.

Woodfalls were really thorough, taking time to explain the eye test results and helping me with my choice of new glasses !

My son had a wonderful experience during his eye examination. The staff were incredibly warm, patient, and friendly, which made him feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. He actually enjoyed the examination - something I didn’t expect! It turned out to be a very positive and engaging experience for him. We’re really happy with the care and attention he received.

I’ve used Woodfall’s branches at both West Norwood and Crystal Palace and have been very impressed by the service they provide. The staff are caring, polite and you really feel like you’re being looked after. You get plenty of information and reminders about any appointments and they will go out of their way to sort out any issues.

R Woodfall Opticians in Crystal Palace - specifically - is one of the best opticians that I have used for my family. All the technicians and desk staff are attentive, patient, courteous, friendly, flexible, knowledgeable and calm. The environment is warm and inviting and my school aged children are always put ease. When they found out that my daughter had to return back to boarding school and would not be around by the time her glasses were ready, they ordered it express and even waited after the shop had closed for her glasses to arrive in order for her to be able to use them at school. I am extremely grateful to them all and especially the ladies that were on shift that day. Thank you all so much x

Woodfall were, first of all, very efficient. They also felt trustworthy and reliable - as indeed the excellent results of my experience with them have proved. On top of that - and I find this really important - they are friendly and chatty! Visiting their shop in Crystal Palace is almost like dropping in on friends. Excellent.

Amazing service just loved it could not be much better

I was overdue for my eye test which has deteriorated- hence looked into having variafocals instead of separate lenses - costly but hopefully will be more beneficial
