Ryan, Thanks for sharing your wealth of knowledge and experience, most especially building a a unique brand in the property space.
I found this useful , better insights into targeting long term bookings and resources to make reference to from time to time.
The only downside is unable to ask questions or answers to any queries while going through all materials .
You mentioned as part of the package that there are Tuesdays and Thursdays live sessions to join but I have not received any link to join on either of the sessions. Kindly advise

Never have i ever had such an amazing mentor who has held me accountable for my actions and kept my focused and driving to my main goal. Ryan Luke does not just help you achieve your goal he shapes you into a better personal overall helping you tackle bad habits in your day to day life and helps you develop good habits and a day to day routine which he makes sure you stick to. This 4 week container has not just made me more successful in my contractor bnb business it has made me more successful as a person and has changed my mentality significantly. If i had to do it again i would, i would even pay double because the price Ryan is charging is criminal. Overall if your reading this your probably considering joining the programme the one thing i can advice is just dont overthink it and just purchase the programme because you will soon come to realise you underpaid for a working, proven strategy and a mentor worth more than just numbers.

I've recently joined Ryan's Contractor BnB program to help me upscale from a single B2L and develop a property portfolio with high cashflow. His content is clear, informative and clearly based on a lot of experience. The range of videos, live calls, group chat and ready to go systems is highly valuable and Ryan is responsive to question's and queries from the group. I'm still working through the training content right now, but I feel very clear on the strategy and the steps forward!

Ryan provides a refreshing take on the whole SA business model. I was struggling to make R2SA work, but, noted the house we had with long term contractors in was profitable and lower stress! We’ll be looking to implement this approach in expanding a future BRRR portfolio.

Someone that gives great value in Great responsibility for a program that shows that great initiative I have not yet received any of my documentations or templates yet but I have access to the poor which is great I'm going through a low stage I have learned disabilities and it shows that even with programs out there there is key access to showing greatness I'm also following him on Instagram and I'm also following him on this this school based program skool I get regular emails and everything but you have not received my templates nor my other based off that I commune for but as much appreciated I would love these templates but it shows that someone with weight consideration shows that there is decency in the world to show that they want to help people even my circumstances

I subscribed to the course on 5th June 2025, after seeing the offer on Facebook, that a one time payment of £97will give me Lifetime access + lifetime mentorship + templates + full training, no BS and no UPSELL. As soon as I started the payment process for £97, a list popped up of his other products which would be necessary, such as a Swipe File kit, Deal analyser, etc. even though the original offer said everything required was included! Reluctantly, I added them to my purchase and ended up paying £254. I then received emails and documents for other products and services I would need to buy, to run the business and for mentoring! I got fed up of the misleading advert and immediately emailed Ryan to cancel my subscription and refund my money. I haven't heard from him since. There is no phone number, or other contact details, other than his email address, which he hasn't responded to! His offer states that we can ask for a refund within 12 months, but I asked for it on the same day. Can I please have my refund!
