I would highly recommend anyone who has had any issues with this firm, to compile all communications and documents, submit them to the Legal Ombudsman as well as, Solicitors Regulatory Authority. Through open source intelligence, a Law Firm that is supposed to act in your interests, do not. Please DO NOT let this firm take advantage.

I’m still waiting after originally starting a PCP claim 7 years ago. Constantly get fobbed off with an email anyone else had the same issue? I’m starting to think the money has been paid and I haven’t seen a penny.

Highly recommend avoiding this firm. Misleading, threatening and money grabbing. They undertook all the work from the dissolved firm Quanta Claims in relation to irresponsible lending. Invoiced me £1,400 for their work. When asked for a breakdown and evidence of the work they done after Quanta, offered no evidence or no response. Then received emails from debt collector acting on their behalf. To their credit (debt collectors) which yes I know is rare, they are understanding and put everything on hold. Currently being investigated by Solicitors Regulatory Authority and Financial Ombudsman for fraud by false representation.

I contacted them multiple times more than a handful via email when they was after payment and asked for clarity as the full claim had not yet been sorted so I assumed they would take payment once the situation was fully resolved. Which in my opinion is very reasonable. They completely ignored my emails until they threatened me with debt collection at which point I just decided I'm gonna pay as still hadn't recieved any response to my queries. So I paid and a few weeks later I've got debt collectors emailing me. Disgraceful.

This company , changed its name from High street Solicitors to Ryan Law Solicitors to Angelus Law solicitors. NO WIN NO FEE. Rip off game, where they claim £10,000 for them selves while you get £1,875,00 for your stress hard time. It's all about what they can get for themselves.
