I had a great experience with Ryder & Dutton Mortgage Advice Bureau. Maliha and Holly took care of my mortgage application which was approved and I thank both of them and appreciate their support. The whole process was not stressful at all .

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. Everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Firstly i would like to mention how brilliant mortgage advice bureau has been, Peter Hill who was mortgage advisor, explained everything so efficiently and made me gain confidence in how everything works. i was then passed over to Dominic Challinor who then constantly kept me updated and explained everything in detail and also went the extra mile by asking to get in touch if i wasn’t sure of anything. My wife and myself could not thank these guys enough, we were reassured on how everything works and the customer service has been second to none. Conor Batters has been amazing. He has helped me so much with my house purchase for my first own home. I started this journey not having an idea about what to do or where to look in regards to getting a mortgage. Mike and Shoaib are amazing! I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Right from the first appointment with Mike he made things so clear and easy to understand for myself and my partner as first time buyers. Nothing was ever too much trouble, Mike came in on his days off when we were struggling to find a date to meet, answered the phone to me whenever I called, and spent so much time helping me to understand all the ins and outs of house buying that probably weren’t even in his job description! Mike really went above and beyond with every aspect of the process, not only the mortgage but advice on the searches, home buyer survey, estate agents and solicitors, insurance etc. Mike educated me on all things to do with house buying and made it so easy to understand and I genuinely couldn’t have done this without him! I’m sure he is glad to not have me calling him every five minutes now we are all settled into our house but I will be forever grateful for all of the time and effort he put in when helping me! Laura Turney and Ryan Constantine have been an incredible team and I can't thank them enough for all their help. I have quite a unique financial situation and Ryan was extremely patient getting to understand it, and guided me through my options carefully. As a first-time buyer it does help a lot to have someone hold your hand through the process a bit and break down exactly what everything means. They have easily made this the least stressful part of buying a house!

Ryan explained that they'll be with me throughout my whole mortgage if I'd like, and I'd absolutely use their services again.

Kylie and Katie (admin) were absolutely fantastic in supporting us through our mortgage application. From the very beginning, they were both approachable, knowledgeable and always took the time to explain things clearly, which really helped reduce the stress of the whole process.

They kept us updated at every stage and were always quick to respond to any questions we had, no matter how small. Their guidance and reassurance made a big difference, especially when things felt overwhelming.
