April 2026. Hire one week. Scaffold tower. Delivery and collection were prompt on the required days by friendly drivers. Equipment was perfect. Great service and a great price. Well pleased.

Absolutely shocking service from Sab Supply. The staff were completely incompetent from start to finish, and despite promises, the scaffold was never delivered. Poor communication, zero reliability, and a total waste of time. Avoid at all costs. I will never use them again.

Equipment was as described. Delivery and pick up was efficient and on time Telephone staff were friendly and helpful.

Seamless, professional, from order to collection.

Very fast service, and very reasonably priced.

However, when it came to organising the collection, it was a real challenge - it took 2-3 weeks for our scaffolding to actually be collected after we'd finished with it.

One day we had a driver who was apparently attempting to collect the scaffolding, but the description given didn't match our building at all - we're a business with a sign on the front of our building, on an industrial park, with a very large unit number on the outside too.

I don't feel that was really on SAB, and more a reflection of their 3rd party suppliers/sub contractors, but it was very inconvenient for a smaller business without space to store a scaffolding unit for 2-3 weeks without impacting every day business operations.

Never a problem when hiring scaffold towers. Always delivered and collected when suits me and they always call the day before collection to ask if it needs collected on stated day or whether I need it longer. Great service and never use anyone else

SAB’s ordering and booking service was fast easy and efficient. I booked on Friday afternoon and the tower arrived on time from a local hire company on Monday morning and the tower was picked up promptly at the end of the hire.

SAB are fast, friendly and easy to deal with. Much easier than getting directly involved with local hire companies in person.

Very happy to rate at 5 stars, would recommend and would not hesitate to use again when I next need a tower.

Excellent all round service

While the initial order and delivery were really smooth and pain-free, the collection of the scaffold tower was anything but!

I paid for a weeks hire and then needed to extend for another week, which I paid full price for. The arranged collection date was 13th November so I booked time off work. I had a call the night before to confirm the collection, but nobody came.

I called SAB and they told me there was at least a 2 week delay on collections... even though I had been called the night before to confirm my collection slot.

The scaffold tower was finally collected on 23rd December after multiple emails back and forth and failed collection dates. I lost money from my time off work and have had to store the tower for an extra 6 weeks.

The last email I received was saying they attempted collection and no one was home... this was false. They followed up by saying I need to let them know if I want to extend my hire ASAP! I think not.

Wonderful experience very competitive prices. 2 platform tower assembled by my self. Light ish kit, strong with the braces.

Service is very good like delivery and product

The delivery and collection correspondence was really poor, I had no idea what the timings were. Even when I phoned your company on the day there was a commitment to phone me back with the details which never happened.
The drivers were excellent but they have no control of the delivery schedules.

The scaffold tower I had hire for delivery on a Monday did not arrive until 17.45 and was delivered to the incorrect address - my home address rather than the site address.

The scaffold tower was not collected on the day on which the hire ended, but only the following afternoon.

The most frustrating bit about the whole experience was the lack of information about when the tower would arrive and when it would be collected - poor communication.

Really easy to book online. Tower delivered on time and collected promptly. Everyone i dealt with were polite and friendly. Highly recommend

Used this summer for our festival and game vs Hartlepool United. Delivered everything on time. Very professional and polite throughout. Would definitely recommend.
