Asked for a dua to be made for my sister. It was done. Alhamdulillah on Friday as told.
Very efficient and timely, also let me know that it was completed. Which was very comforting. Excellent service.
I find it beautiful but it would be nice if you make an better evidence for showing that my sadaqa really came or if my Du‘a is really made not just an E-Mail. So I can continue doing that or spending my money for hot meals, prayer mats etc.

You are right that an email alone is not proof. Here is what we already do and what is coming.
Every hand-out at Al-Haram is filmed and published, and everyone who gave receives that video the next day — so you can see the meals, the Qurans or the prayer rugs actually being handed out, on the dated reel.
The dua itself we never film. It is read quietly at Al-Haram, by name, and those words stay between you and Allah. What we can show is the place and the day: with every Friday letter there is a short video of Al-Haram from that same Friday, where the duas were read.
We are also adding the date and the count to each reel, so it is easier to match your gift to what you see.

I sent my dua and donation and they have emailed me back with a video. May Allah accept it. Will be donating more in future insha’Allah

I was going through hardship at the moment and I also wished few times to go to Allahs house Makkah Madina so that i could ask Allah to remove my hardship because that's the only place where every duaas are accepted and on my feed I saw SadaqaLive's reel and at that day I wished many times about going to umrah but I knew I couldn't go at this time and when I saw their reel i knew Allah sent this reel to me made them the zariya for my duaa i told them to make dua for me Alhamdulillah they made the dua today i asked them to do and now I am so happy atleast my duaas been heard in the house of Allah and I have tawakkul now my duaa will be accepted soon and i donated a little amount of money that's not much for a prayer rug which will help me get rewards everytime someone will pray on it and that could be a zariya to remove my all hardship too. Jazakallah to the team.
