We recently dealt with Briony at your Coffs Harbour office to organise an air conditioning unit to be fitted for one of our disabled friends . She was amazing . Her customer service skills are excellent and she was able to recommend the right unit and came back to us with an awesome price . She went out of her way to make sure everything went ahead without a hitch and even rang us to confirm once the job had been completed and to make sure we were happy . SAE Group installed another 6,6kW system in June 2021. The service remains to be a high standard, and the system output has exceeded expectations.

The SAE Group were very professional in all aspects of my solar journey. The customer service team were polite and helpful when answering all my questions. The team that arrived to do the installation were on time and very respectful when they needed to gain access to my home. By far the best team of tradies I have dealt with in a long time. I highly recommend this company for any solar service.

Great installation and communication. We got a few quotes, and this wasn't the cheapest, but the SAE fella came out to actually look at the house (you would be surprised how many don't), seemed more knowledgeable, so we went with them. There was some delay between signing up and installation, but we are in the middle of a construction boom, and supply is tough. Neat install, and on the day they changed the configuration to save a bit of money on the contract. System is working great.

Installer was punctual and the installation is neat and professional. System is working well and producing more electricity than expected.

I thank SAE for the great service this is the second house we've used this company and we couldn't be happier with the prompt and helpful service we would highly recommend them and have done so.
