Excellent service at a great price
I had problems making the on-line payment due to a v slow internet connection which kept timing out. Instead of losing the order, I got an immediate email from the company telling me someone would call to discuss. 5min later I got a phone call and was able to place the order. It arrived the next day by courier. Good product at a competitive price with excellent service.

First time dealing with this company was straightforward. The website was comprehensive with plenty of choice. Ordering was easy and they kept to their delivery window.

misleading stock info on the website
Watch out as they do not hold stock of many items that are listed as 'IN STOCK' on the website.
It's the second time we ordered products IN STOCK, hoping for 2-3 days delivery as advertised, just to find out after placing payment that they do not have them, and we would have to wait an unspecified amount of days before they replenish stock. This is extremely misleading and surely is being done purposefully. We will not be buying from them again.
