Great service From start to finish very quick and very efficient great price and clean job would highly recommend 👍 👏

I filled the online form in asking if they could fit smoke alarms in our house on.26thDecember. The following night I had a phone call.from Conar to say they could do that no problem. He booked us in for the following.night at 6pm. Jordan turned up that night and fitted 3 smoke alarms and 1 heat alarms.He was very polite and friendly and did the job in.no time. He then explained how everything worked and made sure we were happy with everything before he left. Really impressed with the efficiency of this company and would not hesitate to recommend them.to anyone. Well done guys.

Jordan arrived on time, he was very mannerly and carried out a 1st class job disconnecting old mains detectors and fitting 4 new detectors explaining the working process and the guarantee. Took all of 40 minutes. Very happy!!

Spoke to Conner after seing the ad on Facebook, called on Wednesday and Alarms were fitted by Thursday. Great Service, Jordon who fitted the Alarms was very informative helpful and friendly would have no hesitation in recommending this Company hence the five star review.

Booked a fitting through Conar after seeing their company Ad on Instagram. Service was A1. Mark arrived at arranged appointment time was pleasant and informative regarding alarms. Nothing negative to say about this company .. well deserving of a 5* review.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I got a phone call yesterday 17/12/23 from Mark from Safehands Installations Ltd. He arranged a call out for the next day to install 3 smoke alarms & 1 heat alarm at my mums house. He arrived on time and explained to my mum & myself where he would be installing the alarms.Once fitted he showed us how to work them and what to do if the go off.Excellent customer service. Mark was very professional and friendly and chatty young man and he was very respectful . He went above and beyond and the alarms were installed in 20 mins. Would totally recommend this company. Very competitive price 5 stars all the way. Thank you very much for an excellent job Mark.

Excellent call yesterday when it was arranged for a visit today at 4pm. We got home from the airport in plenty time but nobody showed up. No contact, nothing. Bit of a shame given all the great feedback. Hope all is OK with the guys and another appointment can be made.

I saw Safe Hands pop up on instagram at a time when I needed my smoke alarms updated. I clicked a link and Conar got back to me that day, arranging for one of his engineers to call round next morning. Conar was polite, friendly and informative.
Mark turned up on time next day, he was friendly, charming, funny and done an excellent job in a short time.
Excellent price, communication and amazing service from lovely people, very unusual to get the whole package in one company these days, very highly recommended- I’d give them 6 stars if I could 😁

Jordan from Safehands came to fit my smoke alarms today, and I have no complaints. Jordan was a lovely, cheery guy. Very polite, chatty and respectful. He gets extra points for being so cute with one of my cats, who usually won’t approach anyone. You know what to they say about animals. They can tell if you’re good people or not. I thoroughly recommend safe hands and would use them again if there’s ever through in Edinburgh again. Thanks guys.

Mark arrived bang on the time arranges and fitted our alarms. He was very knowledgeable and professional as well as having the great Glasgow banter . A tidy worker and very efficiently fitted all the alarms we needed.

From start to finish Conar was so organized, within a couple of hours of me contacting him he had arranged the visit that week which suited me , Paul who arrived on time carried out the work quickly and efficiently and answered any questions I had , I would also add I think Paul is a credit to the company a young lad but so helpful.
