Avoid at all costs!

The training went really well yesterday.

The trainer was very knowledgeable and engaged with everyone. I received amazing feedback from everyone, the ladies felt they learnt a great deal and was always kept interested as there was never any dull moments.

We have used Safe IS for both our office fire risk assessment and annual fire extinguisher testing.

I have to say Nick, who performed our risk assessment was very professionals, but also made it an straightforward experience for us. He applied a very pragmatic approach, and gave us some good advice for improvement measures.

I have used the company for a Risk Assessment Report, and Fire extinguishers needed to be installed, they are capable and informed of all legislation in regard of this matter, but customer service is poor, they take a very long time to reply, and get appointments booked for the work to be done, the main thing that I was not happy about that they do not assess the job and quote for all the required work, charges comes in stages rather than provide the full picture.

A great service. Professional, efficient and a fair price. The assessor took time to make sure that we fully understood the process and any actions to be followed up. Thank you
