We use SAFE IS for our fire risk assessments, specifically Nick. Happy with their service and I regularly recommend them.

Used fire risk assessment was very professional onetime and helpful.

The appointment for the Blocks of Flats Assessment was made by Safe IS several weeks prior to the visit. The paperwork identified that the Assessor needed to be accompanied throughout and that entry to each flat would be necessary. As such arrangements were made with all owners/tenants to be available at the allocated time. The day before the visit I had a call to ask if the Assessment could be advance 2 hours. This was declined based on the sacrifices being made by people to attend. On the day the Assessor still actually turned up at 11AM and conducted the majority of the visit unaccompanied without any contact that he was onsite at all. Although the Assessment itself was well conducted and thorough the communication was vey disappointing. I have phoned the office to complain about this but actually have not received a call to explain why this occurred. All I received were the Invoices. I suggest a call to each customer directly after a visit and prior to the raising of the invoices to confirm all was satisfactory or discuss issues would be an improvement.

Fire Risk Assessment

This is the second time SAFE IS have delivered fire marshal training and it has been a real hit with our employees.
The training is easy for the delegates to understand, effectively covering the fire triangle, legislation and the ever popular practical session where they get to use fire extinguishers.
We have used this company for almost 2 years for various fire related services - every department I have dealt with has consistently been friendly, professional and customer centric.

Great experience, the trainer arrived in plenty of time and was very friendly and approachable. We had issues with roadwork noise outside but the trainer adapted and managed to continue the course successfully.

The whole process from initial enquiry through to booking was very easy.

Mike our trainer was very knowledgeable, he made all of the candidates feel at ease, and the feedback from them was glowing!!

This is the third time we have had Mike train at our company and he has always been professional, polite and focussed the training around our business requirements. Making the training site specific whilst still covering generic topics was extremely useful and a great skill to have.

I booked for assessment and had to travel at last minutes changes. Fire risk assessment file was locked in my room, the assessor comment so many recommendation on the report. I emailed to them apologize that I forgot to leave the file with my staff. I have all actioned as per last year assessment. I could emailed to him all evidence. Asking to amend the report. But he said no. It was very disappointed experience. I would have reschedule the visit if the report look like I haven't done anything as per guideline because he couldn't see the file on the day he came. I am going to change the company for next year.

We had fire warden training carried out for 11 delegates and Mike the instructor was fantastic, would highly recommend.
