Ordered and paid late one evening then headed out the following morning to collect the goods to avoid high delivery charge. The depot had not received details of my payment so I had to wait an hour while one department chased another department to find my faster payment. When the payment was eventually found the lad at the depot handed over a bag containing my delivery but one part out of 2 was missing. He had failed to read the 2 lines of the order so had to return to the stores to get part 2. Another 10 minute wait.

From quoting to installation the service has been fantastic and very efficient…. well done thank you.

Joy organised Bruno and his colleagues to attend and clear the reclaimed property. All done in a quicker time than anticipated.

As an owner of commercial property from which I had to evict squatters ( 10 + men and two dogs and other ‘ visitors ‘ ) I faced the daunting prospect of a major clear up. It was difficult to believe how much stuff they accumulated and the mess they left.
It was not a pleasant job but Safe Site were up to the task and knew what they were doing.
From the beginning - Joy at customer service was excellent. The price was agreed and no unexpected extras were added. Communication was fast and responsive - and the guys who carried out the actual work turned up on time and really had a “can do “ approach. Just what you need as a commercial property owner. I do not hesitate to recommend this team.

They removed graffiti from the outside of a building for us and it genuinely looked as new, will definitely be using them again, also Joy in the customer service side is amazing.

Staff in office were great

Delivery a day late, then only half of the order turned up. Second half turned up hours later, too late to meet deadlines - which were communicated well in advance, and received no reply. Disappointing.

Excellent service

I found SafeSite on an internet search. I dealt with Lisa, who was very helpful and efficient. The job was booked in to remove some hazardous waste at a residential property. The team (two men) arrived as arranged and didn't leave until the waste was carefully and efficiently removed. The job was difficult but the team did their work with humour and good grace. The final clean up was excellent and the areas were thoroughly disinfected. A very good job and I would happily recommend the team and the firm. Thank you again.
