I have placed an order on 10 Sept. The delivery date on my invoice has passed. The website shows it is still processing and there is no way to contact anyone and speak to an actual person. I need my order to be delivered ASAP as I order it for an event

Hi Anja we have send you a mail that we refunded you. It seems for some or other reason we cant deliver where you stay. This is due to the fact that the postage does not work with our system in your area you can use the chat function on the site any time to chat to us.
