I have not received the refund I have requested on numerous emails to them. They send me one email to say I will receive an email with details of my order. I did not receive this email. No further communication from their side. I have also not received my the order. So I have no rugby jersey or money refunded to me. Emails not answered. I have two unanswered chats on their website. This is really poor service. Will I receive my order as the jersey I purchased is no longer on the website. Will I receive my refund?

Ordered a rugbyshirt on 16/10, website shows since 19/10-“ parcel ready for dispatch”. Haven’t received anything yet, I sent a message on the website, also an email, and just not getting any response.

It's been more than a week and I have not yet received my order. Not even a tracking number or any delivery/shipping information. There is no response on the online chat bot. Emailing them has no response. I've created a service ticket and there I've received information which seems to be them stalling for time. Saying I will receive an email with delivery details soon and some BS about it being stuck at customs etc. I have not received any shipping details or tracking number of some sorts. Nothing.

Hello, I made an order two weeks ago and I still haven’t received the package. Would appreciate receiving it very soon.

Placed order for 2 South African rugby jerseys on 20 September for delivery 25 Sept. To date 22 October, we have not received anything or a refund. Received an email on 13 October to say order is ready for delivery. To date 22 Oct still nothing and no refund. Emailed them many times, all they say is... sorry there must be a problem with your order, apologies for the inconvenience....
There is no number to phone them. Have provided my mobile number for them to phone me but still nothing! Tried the chat bot, does not work. Payment gateway is ATFConsult, can't get hold of them either, based in Malta, Sandton & NL. Saffa Shop NL is a bunch of scammers! Do not buy anything from them. They should be reported to the authorities and closed down, that is if they even exist?

Ordered two Springbok rugby jerseys on the 20 September 2023 and they have never arrived. One or two email/chat replies with empty promises of delivery. Still nothing delivered more than a month later. No telephone number to contact. Extremely poor communication and service for a business in a 1st world economy.

Simple . I never received my order. I have emailed and nothing back. Also created an account to state order not delivered and nothing back. Tried the chat bot nothing back.

Keep getting requests to give a rating, but can't rate products I haven't received. Also asked for an update on the order (through the website and email) and have not received a response.

I received confirmation of my order via email, but that was the last communication I ever received. I have been emailing about my package and trying to use the chat function to follow up on my order with zero response. Luckily I had placed a small order and won't be losing too much money if the refund does not bare any fruit, but truly dissappointed how this has played out and can't recommend this site as from my experience it's a scam site.

Absolute bunch of scammers avoid , lied to me for the last 2 weeks , do you think it takes 2 weeks to get a tracking number , utterly disgraceful

Didnt recieve my package. Lack of communication and overall gives the idea of being scammed. Very disappointed as it been more than a week I orded and no reply. Would not recommend this place to anyone

The material and the quality of the stickers printed on is bad. Blurry and thin.

Contact by mail and chat is not answered. Absolute fraud. Report to police and bank is being made!
Update: at last my shirt arrived (took 1 month). Was sent directly from China. Quality looks cheap. I think you might as well order it from Alibaba. It'll take as long and will be cheaper
