We had a problem with an awning at our property. From the very start, they treated as a valued customer. Gave quotes as to options ( replace whole awning or motor) . No pressure either way, let us decide which way we wanted to proceed . We decided for a replacement motor. This was done today. They had time to discuss options on cleaning or replacing fabric. Thanks to all the Company for excellent service.

Right from my initial query to completion of installation, their team could not have been more helpful. Julie explained all my choices, Dave assured me they were capable of fitting the awning over my conservatory, because he and Bryony had fitted the last one. Never have I experienced such polite installers. They informed me of every single step they would be making and did so promptly without leaving a single speck of mess, they even took the old awning away. Outstanding service all round!!! Thank you Saffron 🥰🥰🥰🥰

We are really chuffed, that Saffron Awnings came up trumps and converted our Manual Cranked Primrose Awning, to be a electric motored one, the team did a super job, very professional and when they left you wouldn't think they have been, thats how clean and tidy they were.

Fantastic service from Saffron Outdoor Living, the motor on our 20 year old awning broke and they were extremely friendly and helpful. A motor was sourced and fitted within the week. Bryony at the office was very helpful and responded quickly to find a resolution to the problem and Dave the engineer attended site, very tidy workmanship and tested the awning leaving us with peace of mind and a working awning. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.

A professional company from first visit to showroom explained the various options clearly and price points for them. Arranged site survey and quotation all set out very clearly.
Ordered and delivery and installation Arranged.
Installation very professional demo of the workings and advice as to maintenance. All packaging cleared and patio swept.
Thoughly recommend the product and the service.

Superb service from initial enquiry to installation.
Superb service from initial enquiry, through site visit/estimate, then order. Anticipated time frame for supply and potential installation was spot on and installation completed efficiently with a minimum of fuss, maximum efficiency and no mess. Can't speak highly enough of all Saffron Outdoor Living staff that dealt with us through the whole process - office and site. Awning looks good and works a treat as well !

Saffron fiited our awning last summer
Saffron fiited our awning last summer. We had an issue with it and the supplier wasn't very helpful. They were expecting us to climb up ladders at 75 and 77 years old to adjust the awning. I called Saffron for support and they were able to liase with the supplier who eventually agreed to pay Saffron to remedy the situation. Saffron came to the rescue and sorted it out in seconds. 5 Stars!!!

Unusual enquiry met with very helpful response
What a great and professional attitude from the staff here - particularly Beth - my unusual enquiry and subsequent order was dealt with in a brilliant "finding bespoke solutions manner" - the actual order value was tiny but this is a company that knows good customer service is recognised both in recommendation and probable future business
