Recently needed to change the handle on a Sagittarius blade mixer tap.
I reached out to the customer support team who were very helpful and managed to find a solution for my much older tap.
Very easy and fast process, would highly recommended

When purchased we thought our Sagittarius monobloc tap was great quality for its price, and today it still looks as good as when installed. However, I needed to contact Sagittarius yesterday for a serviceable part. Customer Services was exemplary: fast to respond, polite, helpful, efficient, and now honouring a warranty I didn't know I had. And because i haven't been hounded for feedback, they're getting a deserved review

I approached Sagittarius' Technical Dept with a long standing thermostatic problem that I eventually gave up on.

In evaluating the problem and making delivery pipe modifications to my water system (there were design inconsistencies in my house pipe installation from new.) I had allowed the guarantee period to expire.

Sagittarius didn't query the expired guarantee and responded by sending a new thermostatic cartridge free of charge. This immediately solved the issue.

Astoundingly good service, I'm now a committed customer and Sagittarius products are my first choice.

The technical department has been extremely helpful and takes time to establish exactly which part is required. I have been treated with respect everytime I contact the technical team.

I recently fitted an exposed shower valve and have emailed their technical email department a couple of times for help. Their support is first class and have received detailed replies within an hour or so.

Had a problem with my shower valve and a replacement valve was sent out next day.Excellent service by Dillan!

I cannot praise the team highly enough for the help they provided. We had an issue with a discontinued Sagittarius tap and, rather than simply advising that it was no longer available, the team took the time to investigate, understand the problem, and work through possible solutions. They supplied replacement parts, including a new cartridge and handles, and were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. Their technical knowledge, willingness to go the extra mile, and commitment to finding a solution were outstanding.

If anyone needs to get anything to do with bathroom taps or associated bits and pieces, go to this company. Their customer service standard is absolutely first class. I emailed a query about a leaking bath filler fitted some 8 years ago expecting the item to be now obsolete. I received a reply within the hour from one of their tech guys; Dillan, who not only explained that the required part was still available but also provided a photo, exploded diagrams and advice on how to replace it. Part arrived in a couple of days. Fitting took about 10 minutes. Job done. Sagittarius is a top quality outfit and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Would that all internet suppliers exhibit this level of service. The products offered are also of very high quality. It would be a false economy to go anywhere else.

Customer Service rep., DILLAN has been absolutely exceptionally helpful in resolving my problem shower. Almost instant responses to all my emails, and all his responses being relevant, helpful, sympathetic and constructive. If my experience is normal for Sagittarius it's worth buying from them just for the customer service experience! Best ever I'd say. This is a 100% genuine review.

Like other customers, I have only very positive things to say about Sagittarius. From the initial technical query response, next day delivery, quality of the shower valves, everything was absolutely 10/10. I cannot recommend them too highly and will definitely purchase from Sagittarius again for all our fittings (and of course, Dillan - fantastic customer service).

Fantastic customer service from Dillan at Sagittarius Taps, very fast response and very helpful indeed. I'm just a DIYer so no prospect of much future business from me but that made no difference. Why aren't all companies like this?
