I only needed a valve lever that my plumber had misplaced and when he just faded into the background Sagittarius stepped up and provided a replacement. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that stands by their name and shows real customer service. Thanks.

I have been trying to find replacement ceramic valves for a bath tap, but was uncertain about buying from random suppliers. I emailed Sagittarius technical support, and although the tap is quite old, having sent some pictures, the advisor said that he thought he had something suitable, and sent them to me. They arrived next day, and I have just fitted them; Perfect!
I didnt think one could get such excellent customer service these days, and I was blown away by the speed and manner with which I have been treated. THANK YOU

We purchased a range of Sagittarius taps along with hand-held and concealed shower equipment back in 2011. After 14 years of daily use, the showers continue to perform brilliantly.
Recently, I needed some replacement parts and contacted the Sagittarius Technical Department. I was met with outstanding support from David, who quickly sourced exactly what I needed. Being able to obtain parts after 14 years was a real pleasure and speaks volumes about the company’s commitment to its products.

Fantastic customer service!
Tried to go through original supplier for small replacement part who were useless.
Emailed in to Sagittarius Tap with a request on Sunday, replied first thing Monday for some photos, which I responded to late on, confirm on Tuesday that they would be dispatching the parts, arrived Wednesday!

Great help today from Dillan at Sagittarius Taps who managed to find some shiny spares for our long-loved bathroom tap! It will now look like new again for a good while to come.

Expert assistance from the technical team identified my old taps and the correct spare parts to stop them dripping. They enabled me to simply repair my taps instead of getting a plumber to replace them. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

Bought some Sagittarius Chrome bib taps for out utility room.
We like the traditional look and they are perfect and were very reasonably priced.
There aren't many bib taps out there and they can be very expensive.
The customer services team are excellent too. Very helpful and responded very quickly to my query.
Would highly recommend this company.

I have just finished fitting a new bathroom.
I have decided to fit Oveta taps on my sinks & Bath.
I am an engineer by trade & have had quite extensive knowledge of plating brass.
Due to the AV industry I was supplying.
The Finnish on the taps are perfect.
The chrome is bright & durable.
The actuation of the taps a smooth & precise motion .
So pleased I chose them.
The taps have been fitted for some time now. Durability looks encouraging too.

Chrome has bubbled on tap. Company say I haven't maintained it properly. As I clean it every day dont know what else I could do. Although I had a guarantee company won't honour it.

The shower is an awful design. Six times the customer has called me back. The shower has fallen apart twice and flooded the bathroom! The grub screw to hold it in does nothing, the replacement parts were sent and do not fit the shower first purchased. Never again will I fit one of these!

Can't speak more highly about this company. This is what service should always be like. I had a problem with a thermostatic mixer shower and they explained how to fix it.

It is so reassuring that when you invest in a quality system you will be supported by a customer service that really works - whether it is simply helpful advice, or replacement parts they respond and deal with things quickly with no fuss. So a big thank you to Russell as I now have my lovely system running beautifully again.

We've had a Sagittarius tap in our bathroom for several years. A few weeks ago I noticed a small hole in the spout. I had assumed that our seven-year-old broke it (he has a reputation). I emailed Sagittarius Taps asking if I can buy just the spout so that I don't have to replace the whole thing. Got a prompt reply from David, who assured me that my son was innocent. He also sent out a replacement spout by overnight courier free of charge.

Fantastic service from a trustworthy company. Next time we buy a tap, it'll be another Sagittarius.

The cartridge valve in our kitchen tap wore out and was dripping (well over two years, and we live in a high pressure, hard water area). I was struggling to get hold of the size to get a replacement, and reached out to their technical email address. Straight away Russell offered to replace it under warranty if I could provide an receipt, which I could. Great service. It arrived a few days later.

I do think the industry could do more to standardised these cartridge valves though. Went to a pumbing parts store and they couldn't help at all, even knowing the tap make and model they had no way to look up the spec, or part number, or size, basically laughed at me for trying.

Russell arranged to repair a shower bar purchased from Tap n Shower which had been damaged in transit. Tap n Shower lived up to their name by refusing to deal with the issue - as it was outside of the 30 day time limit. It was missed due to health reasons. Sagittarius, on the other hand, volunteered to fix the broken unit; which they did swiftly. Excellent customer service. That other shower could learn from them.
