Scam, I placed a perfume order under number #2684 that I never received. I sent emails and there was never any response. Stay away from this thieving site. I even changed the credit card I used for the purchase

Do not purchase anything from this company. They sell cheap fake goods from China and then they do not provide a refund and instead keep responding with automated responses. I've been trying for months to get a refund for a fake Ralph Lauren dress which is dreadful quality and the company they keep telling me to email to help is also fake as they I get a bounceback every time. They claim that they cannot find my order even though I have forwarded the order confirmation from them, on to them for the refund.

I have sent at least 10 correspondence emails for an item I purchased. The day after I received the package the item is labeled M; the fit is actually like a small.
I was not able to try in because just looking at it you can see it would not fit. The material is very thin and does not confirm to my body type.
The item is in the origin packaging, as received, and not used.
I sent an email to customer service stating the above. After three days I sent a second email. I received an email (even though I stated my reason and all of the details) asking me for the same. I requested a refund to my original firm of payment.
I received another email asking for the prior email I submitted, as well as photos of the packing and item. I responded with another email with the details once again and photos of the package and the item.
I received the following email.

I have since sent correspondence to the original customer service department att SOPHIA and have continued to get an automatic email to the invalid email address.

I did an online search where buys give their feedback on Glassdoor ect and here is what came up.

Do not purchase from this buyer. They are not affiliated with Ralph Lauren.

Ne commandez SURTOUT pas sur ce site. C’est une ARNAQUE ! j’ai commandé 2 robes 100 euros, livrées au bout de 1 mois en provenance de Chine. Ce ne sont pas des produits Ralph Lauren. Les tissus sont de très mauvaise qualité et la coupe des vêtements est immonde. Il est indiqué sur le site que leur siège se trouve en France, c’est FAUX. Personne ne répond aux mails. FUYEZ !!

DO NOT Order from this company 👎I had same experience as Bonnie with the striped Ralph Lauren dress which is clearly a FAKE! I ordered a xs and they sent me a small withNO free sun hat! Their customer service is abysmal to day the least ...all response are automated and say the same thing ,,?I have been trying to get a refund and return for almost 2 weeks without success! They sent me another email to process return and it doesn't exist! They are Horrific...if you see something you like DONT BUY from Them 👎👎👎👎👎

Naively thought I was purchasing an authentic Ralph Lauren dress as that is precisely what was advertised by Saint Aurellia and it was supposed to come with a certificate of authenticity! Absolutely NOT! The item that arrived is a cheap, poorly made inferior product in a nasty fabric with a transfer of the “Ralph Lauren” logo and is clearly not authentic. It is literally just a very poor copy that is only vaguely similar to the images displayed on the site, and not at all what I believed I had ordered. Obviously not what I was expecting considering the advertising spiel stating "every Ralph Lauren product is genuine" and that Saint Aurellia "maintains the highest standards of authenticity verification". Furthermore I had believed I was dealing with a UK based company since the receipt they emailed indicated that delivery would be by Royal Mail 48 tracked with delivery between 3-7 days. When I chased for a delivery update some 10 days later I was told the item was “preparing for shipment”. At this point alarm bells began to ring and I got the distinct impression this company is some sort of a scam organisation. When the item did finally arrive (from China) it was a huge disappointment. This is the first and last time I will be sucked into purchasing anything from Instagram advertising and I’m extremely cross also that I hadn’t checked reviews prior to parting with my ££. Of course now I’m trying to get a refund processed my emails are being ignored. All I can say is AVOID. I guess we live and learn!

I ordered the striped “Ralph Lauren” dress. It’s supposed to be cotton or a cotton blend instead it’s an icky thin polyester. The logo is stamped not embroidered. The fit is snug not flowy as pictured even though my measurements were exact. It also took 3 weeks to arrive instead of 7-10 days. Waste of $. I could have bought 2 nice dresses at TJ Maxx.

I have purchased Ralph Lauren dress which they advertised it as 100%original with tag and authenticity certificate plus coming with a gift RL hat.
Dress arrived, not at all original. No label or tag. No hat. Emailed to request a return and refund and keep getting the same automated reply every time. Worst website ever!!!!

Do not purchase from this seller. My offer has never arrived amd every response to an email is the same automated message. Looks like I’ve listed my money amd no delivery.
