I accidentally purchased the wrong size and reached out to customer support. Aly helped me through as I fumbled my way around through some truly simple and idiotic mistakes to get a refund and order another dress in the right size ( she’s an absolute saint). Aly was prompt, helpful and fantastic to deal with.
While this was happening, I received the dress in the wrong size and took it out to have a look. It’s stunning; beautiful quality material, true to colour, and delivery was very quick!
I can’t wait to get my dress in the correct size, and I cannot speak more highly of TwoSisters- I will be recommending to everyone!
I bought my wedding dress on their website. I was afraid to not receive it on time or to be disappointed because I live in France and their store is in Australia. Finally when it arrived the dress was stunning. The quality is very good !
Returns policy confusing and hidden on the website, had to click multiple links at the bottom of the page to find the actual returns policy allows 3 days to lodge a return only if you opt into a special program. Why not just offer change of mind refunds minus postage and a small admin fee.
Customer service was fine but my review is based on the quality of the dress. Fabric looks and feels cheap and I originally bought it for my wedding reception and now I just feel disappointed since I got it final sale and can’t return. The fit isn’t right on the top and I don’t even feel it’s worth altering. It’s not worth the price tag at all in my honest opinion. Not even half sadly

Received my dress, tried it on and returned the very next day, months later when they finally had something I wanted to purchase with my store credit I realised I couldn’t find my store credit to use, emailed the company who are now claiming my dress was returned with stains on it - I find this near impossible and now the company are refusing to issue me a credit, waste of time and money! Won’t be purchasing from them again! I deal with online shopping frequently and have never had an issue with a return. Find it funny they are only saying how 3months later that there was an issue and no one contacted me when they received the dress back.

Like others... completed an order on the 31st Dec. Have emailed as I've had a couple of events that I could have worn it for. Same response that it is "waiting in dispatch".
A month is more than excessive for waiting. Ive purchased many items from other online stores and received them in the meantime. Yet they're having another sale!! They havent even gotten stock out yet FFS. DO NOT PURCHASE unless you're willing to wait weeks and weeks! Not good enough at all.

Do not buy from this place. I’ve been waiting nearly a month for my items. I had to email them as I didn’t receive an invoice but got an email saying I have x amount of points etc The response to my email was that they had only returned to the office Jan 6 and had a lot of sale items to send out. I ordered 31 Dec 2024 and it’s now 28 of Jan and still nothing. I keep receiving ridiculous amount of emails trying to sell me more items daily. Tried to email them back and the address is invalid. Should had read the reviews first.

Been 3 weeks and still waiting for dress to be shipped. Purchased last year on 26 Dec and still waiting for our dresses to be shipped. Have purchased from multiple other Australian boutiques during Boxing day and have received all our items two weeks ago (even with the delays in shipping). It is ridiculous that no ETA has been provided and the items that have been purchased 3 weeks ago has still not been shipped. Poor customer service and clear lack of visibility on supply chain to customers.

Still Waiting:
The website appeals to me, as do the quality/design/images. However, I placed an order for one dress on 23rd November, which still hasn't shipped. After the advertised shipping time of 5 days passed, I enquired and got a standard reply of 'extended dispatch time, and we will be in touch with the progress.' But they haven't been in touch.
I waited another week and then asked for an estimate of shipping and have not received a reply; I only received a cancellation offer for my order.
Knowing if /when would help me make a more informed choice. It's disappointing. I will stick with The Iconic, which provides both fast shipping and live updates.
Update:
Get a reply from two sisters on my review within a couple of hours of posting. Amazingly they simply repeat what they’ve told me before.
My review was about receiving an ETA on shipping - sure you’ve outsourced , but if you said in your reply - sorry we have no idea when shipping will be - probably after Christmas at this stage , or some detail around expectation of when November orders will ship ) cos surely this is the question you’re asking as well,
I will be in a better position to make an informed decision as to whether I want to cancel or not. Regardless, I’m over it. Go ahead and cancel and refund my on hold payment. Cheers.

I first purchased a dress on sale to see if I like the quality and to check sizing as t was going to be my wedding dress. Loved the dress but just a bit too tight around the shoulders so bought a different style in the next size. It was absolutely perfect!!! It is just stunning and wish I could share pics here.

Really disappointed with this brand. I bought during their big $20 dress sale, so I assumed there would probably be some delays, but after 4 business days I hadn't heard anything from them, so I emailed because I needed the items for an upcoming event. Took them 2 days to respond, by which time they'd shipped it, which was good at least.
What was really bizarre and I think speaks to the brand pretty poorly is how I IMMEDIATELY got inundated with spam promotion emails from them, like daily, but they couldn't send out a blanket email to just say "hey we're a bit swamped!". It felt really icky to be getting constant promotional emails while I was still waiting to hear from customer service.
As for the products, I'm glad I got them at $20. If I'd bought them full price I would have been extremely disappointed. Sizing runs SMALL, especially if you're curvy on the hips like me, and I had a lot of loose threads on the products. Overall, felt pretty cheap quality.
I certainly won't be purchasing from them again, and I'd urge caution with buying full price items due to the quality received.

I've ordered multiple dresses from Two Sisters The Label for the past few years now. I have always been impressed with the quality of the dresses. I'm writing this review as I'm very impressed with the prompt response from Aly and the rest of the team at Two Sisters The Label. I emailed them because I needed the dress in less than 2 weeks. I received the dress 3 days after I ordered it (selected express shipping and I live in metro Perth).

I bought a dress for my girlfriend for her Birthday, but it didn't fit. I discovered they don't do returns. They charge you nearly the price of the dress for a restocking fee of 60 bucks plus you pay to deliver it. I can't believe these guys are in business. I find this quiet scummy as all I wanted to do was to get a size bigger.

This company has terrible customer service. Brides should stay away. This online boutique does not offer any returns! And you have to pay to ship it back. It cost me $30 to ship it back for only 2 dresses.
Their sizing is off which is why I needed to return it.
Overpriced, bad customer service & poor quality dresses.
You’re better off with any other online boutique or Lulus. Had much more success for my wedding from others.

This company has terrible service. They don’t offer refunds, only store credits and charge you to send a dress back to receive a store credit. Their sizing is off. I bought a dress because they advertised with an influencer who claimed their dresses are for women with large busts. This is misleading. Now I am stuck with a store credit. I don’t want another one of their overpriced, poor quality dresses.

The quality is 100 % and it fits like a glove.
I choose for the express delivery and received it within 48 hours after placing my order.
