Scammers
Scam. Avoid at all costs. Went to sell my phone as offered the highest price on a comparison website and free returns if unhappy. Sent the device in after i charged it for their ease and as a result they said they will not buy and i have to pay £25 for my own phone back.

Firstly, we would like to point out that the reason for your rejection was becasue the phone was US SPEC and was NOT NEW as you had submitted. We had already informed you that it has nothing to do with you charging the device! You are already aware of this, so that is false.
Secondly, We have also gave you the benefit of the doubt by asking for a proof of purchase which you can not/will not provide?
It is written in our T&C's, that will only accept devices that are genuine UK Spec. Which yours isnt. We have our policys that state any submissions that are false or incorrect will suffer a return fee within reason.
If you have any other queries, please let us know and we will be happy to clear this up.

Excellent service!
From start to finish communication was excellent. Sold my phone to them - everything was made clear from the beginning. Got the exact amount the had initially quoted and money was in the bank on the same day the received the phone. Would definitely use this company in the future.
