Rapid and easy processing of trade-in. They sent the packaging within 24 hours and I packed my phone in their provided packaging. Upon receiving it, I received payment the same night.
I don't know why their website has nothing to show up and nothing is up for sale at their website but a trade-in was definitely worth it.

Sent my iPhone 15 pro yesterday brand new in box received to Sala phones this morning emailed asking for ID and proof of purchase wasn’t told this when I sent it in or wasn’t on any email.

Now sent over everything I have proof of purchase council tax bill etc but I have no photo ID so not been updated on what to do next and left in the dark about it after sending all documents?

Could I please get an update as I’ve not heard what happens now.

EDIT- didn’t realise they didn’t open at the weekend so I was emailing over the weekend, replied promptly at 9am this morning advising they had the documents and were happy enough to process the payment for today by 6pm.

Awaiting payment but I’m sure and confident it will arrive today 🤞🏼
