Rural Review

It was ok, but we live in a super rural area. I think this would be more beneficial for someone in a city or more populated area. Amanda with customer services was outstanding! She answered any questions and concerns I had.

The customer service was excellent, the data not so much...

The customer service was excellent; however, the integrity of the data was disappointing. Much of the list I purchased was outdated and inaccurate. I requested a refund and was informed that it will be processed shortly.

Overly complicated process

Overly complicated process to get the data. We do not need a phone call in this day and age when a purchase is made. Also, lots of difficulty with receipts. WE will be using another provider going forward.

Verify the data!

I was quoted for no duplicate addresses and the list I received contained many duplicates. Felt a little taken advantage of, glad I caught it. Also, the very first address I checked for accuracy had the wrong business name. I am very wary of the data integrity.

The team did make it right and sent me a new file (accuracy yet to be determined).

I don't like the price..

I don't like the price... these leads are aged and even though you say they do have intent I am unable to express their intent...that makes me suspicious. I'd like a full refund.

Great so Far…

It was great and all the people that I talked with were awesome. The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is that I want to see how good it is, but so far after the sign up going great

The customer service was great

The customer service was great. The entire experience of getting the list was super smooth and easy. Thank you! The only reason for one star down is I asked for households, and I think I still received individuals. There were a lot of duplicate addresses with different names. It seems either the list had old names on it, or people are having roommates more often? This would be strange since the list is for the wealthier segment.

Hands down Karen Lieber is amazing

Hands down Karen Lieber is amazing. If she is labeled as a "sales person" she never once gives that vibe as she genuinely wants to help. I deal with soooooooooooo many vendors with highly questionable customer service and professionalism, but Karen Lieber and John Sheibal are top notch employees. I haven't gotten to say I would honestly recommend a company in quite a long time and I very much would recommend your company- ESPECIALLY if you get to work with Karen.
