I discovered the company's green insoles recently. So far I have ordered 3 pairs. I suffered a bad ankle sprain many years ago and this is by far the best product I have found to restore confidence and stability. A lack of understanding around the terminology of my own situation probably wasn't helpful, otherwise I might have discovered the product years ago. I feel very stable when walking and the insoles have done away with ankle pain following a recent walking holiday.

The insoles were sent quickly and it was easy to speak to somebody on the phone. Unfortunately the insoles did not suit me as they were too hard, causing knee and back pain.

This company is absolutely amazing. Royal mail let me down I phoned Salford insoles and they sorted it all out so I did not go without. I have not looked back with these soles. I am ordering some more they have helped me walk a lot better my surgeon recommended them. 10/10

I have used Salford Insoles products for over 4 years with a fair amount of success.
Ordering process when purchasing direct was easy and delivery within a few days.
Product range is very extensive with all sizes being in stock.
The Brown insoles designed to alleviate ball of foot discomfort have worked very well by reducing callouses and ball of foot pain.

Absolutely the best thing for my plantur faceitis. Makes my feet feel so much better. Do not buy insoles from anyone else, the saying you only get whatbypu pay for is so true and I am so glad my Doctor recommended them

I purchased the orange insoles, which were delivered quickly. They are a well made and have effective support, however, I use these for running and, with them not being breathable, feet slipping around inside the shoes due to sweat not clearing is a real problem, hence the four stars....

They are not just for arch support but also medial knee osteoarthritis and achilles injury. They are not trying to replace custom hospital designed products, rather offering a off the shelf product that may well suit the individual at a affordable cost point

I ordered the wrong kind and this was very quickly replaced.
I’m very pleased with them and they have greatly improved my balance indoors as well as when walking outdoors that was getting more difficult.
This was the reason I needed them, to reduce the likelihood of falling.
I use them with lightweight shoes rather than slippers even indoors and my confidence has greatly improved.

I bought these as I have medial OA. I did get in touch with them as I wanted to ask some questions regarding the product. They replied promptly and were helpful.
I also have Morton's neuroma on my other foot, for which they do an entirely different insole for.
Wasn't sure if I got 2 different pairs whether having one of each on the appropriate foot would cause a different imbalance so went for the OA ones.
The size was perfect and did feel comfortable at first.
They are very hard and thin on the forefoot, after wearing them and being on my feet for some hours they did start to feel uncomfortably painful.
I find I can't wear them everyday.
I have been wearing another foam insole on top of them so I have some cushioning but not sure if this detracts from the intended functioning of the insole.
My knee pain has got a bit better but couldn't if this is due to physio or the insoles.

I bought a second pair having been prescribed my first pair on the NHS. They do actually do "what's written on the tin". My podiatrist said it was the "black arts" but unbelievably they have changed the way I have walked all my life... for the better!!

The orange insoles arrived quickly and I put them into use straight away. They help with over pronation and are comfortable. I have not used this brand during the heat wave because of the rubbery material as it was harder to slide foot into shoe. I will definitely be using them as the weather cools.

I bought a pair of these insoles to stop me walking on the outside of my feet. It's been a few weeks now and my arthritic knees are so incredibly grateful. My gait is more balanced and I'm leaving my stick in the car for level walking now. I'll be getting extra pairs shortly so I don't have to swap them between different pairs of shoes.

Order promptly received. The insoles have been amazing for peroneal tendonitis. Easy to move between different shoes if you need to.

So good for my feet! Working and walking with these insoles is a great relief for my hallux rigidus, a real big help! I’ve bought more than one pair so I have them already placed in my slippers. Definitely good for me!

I've been using Salford insole's for plantar fasciitis and they have made a positive improvement when used with a programme of treatment. I tried some other insoles for the same condition, but these ones have worked noticeably better.

Arrived promptly, does exactly what it claims to do, excelent support for heel and arch, helps to reduce planter facitus pain. Also quuck and easy to swap between footware so you only need one pair of inserts.

Youre never gonna be pain free if you have plantar fasciitis and youre on youre feet a lot , but these definitely take the edge off . Highly recommended and the best I have experienced in many years.

The insoles i purchased have a rubber finish which grab my socks when putting my shoes on which puts me of using them, however they do the job very well, my problem i have tried many times to speak to the company and they do not respond in any way, they do deserve to have customers as far as im concerned
