Excellent product tried other insoles but this is the best so far don't get any pain half way through the day would definitely recommend them and I'll buy them again 💯%

Although still some aching from tendinitis, the jabbing pain has been relieved by the use of the insoles. Very supportive and are definitely making a difference. Expensive, but sturdy and well worth the outlay. Easy to order and delivered quickly.

I needed insoles to help with an Achilles injury. I'd tried the rubbery / floppy ones in the past and could never get my foot, the insole and my shoe to co-ordinate. My Salford Insoles are a solid construction, they slide right in, perfectly sized and almost become part of the shoe. They never slip around and cause no issues getting the shoe on. They are also really comfortable. Most importantly they have really helped me heal. A combination of professional advice from my physiotherapist and a quality insole had really improved my walking. Service was also excellent so I really recommend Salford Insoles.

These are sturdy, great quality with excellent arch support. They fit neatly into slippers, gardening shoes and trainers. They’re helping me (along with targeted massage & resistance strengthening) to correct my posture and relieve pain and mobility issues.

Great support for my plantar fascia but with the hot weather made my feet sweat and had a blister on my toes . Not helped with the recent heatwaves , however I have put a thin liner on them that helps also with the bunching up under the foot when putting socks into trainers. It would be good if you could develop a suitable cover for the rubber which is thin and washable . Otherwise happy with the product

A very good service from ordering to prompt delivery. The inserts have made a big difference to my Achilles tendinitis, I use them every day.
They should come with some instructions on where you put the black heel lifts (underneath the insert or on top) also the adhesive is poor the lifts keep moving.
I solved this problem by cleaning off the remaining adhesive and using 3M VHB double sided adhesive tape.
However I am pleased to say that the inserts have made a big difference and the pain is almost gone and I am able to walk longer distances with very little discomfort, I would fully recommend them.

Waiting for refund for wrong size insoles for more then a month . Lady responded via email and send return label and asked to buy correct size insoles first before returning old one to get refund .
Ordered correct one and returned old one but no response for refund . Send numerous emails and no answer on contact number

These are very good , most insoles are too soft, and for my requirements these are spot on , supports the arch and just enough correction for the supination issue I have which has referred treatment to the knee also and eased the plantar fascitis I'd been dealing with.. highly recommend - just do the right research for your personal requirements..

No doubt they work well for some people but these did nothing at all to help my PF, other than to make it worse. But to be fair, nothing else has helped much either.

I ordered the insoles as part of a search to find something which, primarily, eased the pain of Plantar Fasciitis. The jury is still out but pain levels have reduced in the main. There is a lack of cushioning in the heel area but my principle bugbear is that socks do not slide over the surface of the insoles so one ends up with one's socks pulled tight against one's toes, which is very uncomfortable.

I purchased the orange insoles.
They are easy to remove from one pair of shoes to another and I like that they are washable. Initially when I wear them they feel cold, very hard and inflexible but when they warm up they are fine. I was really struggling to walk due to shortened tendons in my toes. Now I can walk miles as long as I have my insoles in.
Thank you for giving me back my love of walking.

Bought these insoles four months ago there the best in soles Iv every had hands down there strong and flexible at the same time I now have no aches and pains in my joints I’m walking over 15000 steps a day and there very easy to clean and don’t get smelly fantastic insoles 10/10

I visited the Salford insole website for my problem of shin splits. I found the website easy to navigate, with clear explanations of each insole given.
Since using the insoles my problem has eased considerably, with absolutely no pain waking me up!

Don't waste your money.

Nearly a year of intense pain with Morton's Neuroma and on the advice of my doctor i searched for a good quality Metatarsal shoe insert. WOW, what a find and instant relief. I can now walk pain free and have got my life back.
The inserts are extremely well made, the product arrived in perfect condition and very quickly. Needless to say, I bought 2 more pairs for other shoes so i didn't need to keep swapping.
This product has changed my quality of life completely xx

The product I ordered is extremely uncomfortable to use. I want to take advantage of the 60 day returns policy, but I’ve emailed twice, and left a message on the unmanned phone line, and after 6 days I’ve still had no reply. I’ve seen that reviews on here sometimes get a response. Is that really the only way to contact this company? I’d appreciate a reply with the returns information please.

As a result of surgery on my right foot 5 years ago, I have gradually developed underpronation/supination on that foot. So a few months ago I bought a pair of Salford insoles to help correct this.
I was extremely disappointed. They were quite thick, with a hard sole. I haven't been able to find out whether or not they helped my problem because the solid sole made my feet so painful, even in thick-ish socks, I haven't been able to wear them for longer than c30 minutes at a time. I made several attempts to get used to them, but finally gave up & threw them away.
I can't give a 'date of experience' as requested below as mine was ongoing

The orange insoles are just what I needed for my fallen arch and heel pain. Initially thought they were a bit pricey, but felt some relief immediately, and can honestly say it has only improved immensely in the last 3 weeks. Have just re-ordered 2 more pairs for other shoes.
