Sallywags are great. Very professional team who love the dogs they deal with. Also great products in the store with knowledgeable advice about feeding.

I missed the order cut off point for a weekday delivery, so I was given a Saturday delivery at no extra cost.
The dog food was well packaged and I received some complimentary treats for our dog.

Went to this place it MUST BE the worse on The island .. ordered plate of pasta to try was absolutely disgusting…then we ordered our food @730 only to get it at 8.55 almost 1.5 hours -and on top of it the food was really average.. we decided to leave after 1.5 hours waiting but some how they managed to make the food to appear … once again food was really average .. spoke to the so called floor manager . Only to be told sorry we are busy .. poor and( pathetic excuse… ) as a restaurant owner for many years this is unacceptable, I live in Bali and let me tell you never had such a bad experience had some international guest with me and I was so embarrassed by this episode… I will not comeback here and neither should you … disappointed and disgusted…..I will post this on trust pilot too …

Ordered online to collect and the items were ready very quickly. The staff member was friendly and the products are great. Have purchased from them twice now and will be ordering again.

The groomers are wonderful and do an excellent job, just make sure you are not late for appt ie more than 15mins, as you will lose your slot and as per policy this will incur a non negotiable penalty of the grooming fee.

I found Salllyags in 2023 thankfully, a special little shop with mounds of selections to suit all. The staff are awesome and nothings ever a problem even in in their buisest times. Always friendly, always a smile when you walk in and lots of affection for all the 4 paw visitors. Trusted 100% !
