We worked with Debi during the first pandemic lockdown. She was excellent. Very friendly and our 4 year old daughter looked forward to their sessions each week.

Debi also gave us a great programme with exercises to do to help in between sessions.

Her activities each week were well structured, clear and easy to follow and kept our daughter engaged throughout.

Highly recommend Debi from Smart Speech. She assessed my daughter through videos I took and sent in as I didn't think my daughter would engage with a video call. Her activities each week have been clear, easy to follow and really helped with my daughter's speech sound disorder. We have been working in this way for around 3 months and have made lots of progress. Debi is always happy to help over email if we get stuck.

Debi of smart speech has been great. The whole process was very convenient in this pandemic era. She was very efficient and understanding in her assessment of my sons problems. The advice she gave was bespoke and realistic to achieve. There has certainly been an improvement. She has also followed him up by correspondence and asked if we required any extra support which is useful.

Our daughter requires speech therapy so I contacted SmartSpeech. Debi arranged a call and we discussed our daughters needs in a non-commitment informal chat. I then paid for our daughter to have a Zoom assessment, this was excellent and following it Debi and I discussed her needs. An in-depth report with supporting techniques and material was provided a few days later which has already made a big difference. I contacted SmartSpeech following my 4 year old Son being referred to NHS Speech and Language Therapist Services by his Nursery. I thought it will get delayed with the current situation of covid19 pandemic. from day one it was such a pleasant experience I had with Debi. Very quick responses. Assessment was done through very child friendly videos. She even took an extra step to talk to my Son's Nursery teacher to get her views for a better assessment. Then later when NHS services came through I provided them a copy of the SmartSpeech report and they said there is nothing more that they can recommend. This is a very informative report and I have got all the right instructions and advice to support my child. well worth the money. 100% recommended. Thanks again Debi and the staff of SmartSpeech!!

Really simple process and we received excellent advice which not only gave us peace of mind but also allowed us to learn behaviours to help our son.

I contacted smartspeech when my nearly 5 year old son was still struggling to pronounce some sounds. I filled out an easy online form to see if they could help and I heard back from smartspeech the same day.
I decided to proceed with the process and I am very happy I did, after completeting some simple videos of my son saying words and sounds I received an in depth report within 24hrs. The report was detailed and very positive, it contained excellent advise and brilliant games to play with my son to help him move forward with his speech.
