Five Star Service and Ale from Sambrooks
Within a day of ordering 40 litres for a gathering I received a call from Matt to check the latest day for delivery, to ensure the beer was as fresh as possible for the day of consumption.
Matt assured me the polypins would not be filled until the morning of delivery.
Five Star service from Sambrooks. I know the ale will be just as good as the service too.

Support your local brewer !
Sambrooks is a local brewery for me and, as a CAMRA member, I like to sample their brews. I ordered Junction bitter for Christmas and amazingly it was delivered next day. The keg is currently settling, so thank you Sambrooks for the beer, service and delivery.

Zero customer service
Placed an order last week, but no email confirmation was ever received. Have emailed (4 times) to ask for confirmation and a VAT invoice as it’s a company gift and I will need it to claim on expenses. Have been totally ignored each time. Zero customer service! Won’t be purchasing from this company again.
