If I could, I’d rate it 0 star(ZERO). DO NOT buy Samsonite, my grandson's carry on used for the very 1st time, wheels broke. I called their "customer service" and was told that there were no replacements that would arrive in time before they left, I mentioned the day they were living at least 4 or 5 times. The agent sent me a discount code to apply to the purchase of a new one. However, she did not explain to me to pick the express shipping method, I thought that being their fault that there were NO shipping costs, My mistake, they do charge $15 for delivery. I reluctantly accepted and paid. I didn’t realize that I had to pick a different shipping method to get it in time! TODAY, NOT RECEIVING AN UPDATE ON MY ORDER, I called, believe or not 8 times, the computer would answer put me in a queue and after a few minutes hang up on me. When I finally got someone to talk to, she acknowledged that I had called 8 times, they track it. That was Friday, today Monday, 3 days later I learn that it probably will NOT arrive in time, that I will need to return my purchase, which being disabled is complicated and end up purchasing another suitcase.
