A very amazing customer service team. Lovely case.
I purchased a case zipperless case eighteen months ago. The case was on its third international trip when I experienced a slight hiccup with it. I didn't think that the issue would be covered by the warranty so emailed to make a request to fix it myself.
So imagine my surprise when level8 said that they would be sending me out a new case like for like. I nearly fainted.
The customer service team were so responsive, replied within 24hrs of me sending an email and also emailed me regularly with updates.
We arrived back from our holiday on the 29/May my email was sent the same day, and my new case arrived on 05/June. No complaints from me, great item, great service, and very assuring customer service team.
Despite the hiccup it has got to be the best case I've ever owned. Glides well in all directions and is aesthetically pleasing on the eye. It it worth the money? Yes. Would I buy it again? Yes.

I would not recommend purchasing from LEVEL8.
From the day I received the suitcase, I tried to arrange a return. The company advertises “fast and hassle-free returns” on its website, but my experience was the exact opposite.
The return process has been unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Even after the returned parcel was delivered and signed for, I had to repeatedly contact customer support to obtain information about my refund. Instead of processing the return, they started requesting additional requirements that were never mentioned in their return instructions or online return policy.
Most recently, I was told that a refund could not be issued until the return tracking number was registered in their system. However, this requirement was never communicated to me during the return process and is not stated anywhere in their published return conditions. In fact, the shipping carrier had already provided them with the shipment details, including my sender information and tracking number ( week ago).
As a customer, I expect a company to follow the return policy it publishes, not introduce new conditions after the product has already been bought.
Before ordering, I strongly recommend reading the negative reviews carefully. I noticed that many customers describe very similar issues regarding returns, refunds, and customer service responsiveness.
My experience has been disappointing from start to finish, and I am still waiting for clear information regarding the processing of my refund.

Level 8 luggage is amazing!
Level 8 luggage is amazing! I've been using the Adventure Carry-On 20" for two months now. The longer handle and the luggage wheels have made it so easy for me to travel with my broken foot. All of the airport helpers have said how easy it has been for them to wheel me (in a wheelchair) and my bag around the airport. Unfortunately, the zipper on my 24" checked bag was completely broken off during a recent trip. I'm working with customer service to get a replacement and have been impressed by the customer care I've received from Level 8. I do hope I'm able to repair the checked bag. I'm so grateful to have found this company!

If you travel often, LEVEL8 is a MUST HAVE!
At first I was a bit hesitant to spend the money as I was in need of a full luggage overhaul… After 2 years or ownership I can with full confidence say it IS Well worth the investment! I own the Voyageur 20” and 28” in green as well as the Voyageur 20” and 30” in yellow.
First I will say the comfort in using these is amazing. They ride like butter. The space inside and the compartment are perfect to keep all my stuff organized. I travel quite often and with a family of 5, we all just need one luggage each and it’s perfect for our needs. The quality is incredible in comparison to all other expensive luggage’s I’ve owned in the past.
One drawback with my 28”- it seems the feet get knocked off, it has happened twice. But no worries the customer service has been amazing to replace the part very quickly!
I will add that I constantly get asked about my luggage and I happily refer them to Level8. They are the best luggages I have ever owned.
Amazing Customer Service
Customer service was quick with their response. A little backstory, I purchased a 20” Carry-on Voyageur for carry on only. I had to take an emergency trip to Mexico and the airline did not let me carry on the bag. I had to check it. I was very upset that I had to check it, because I knew how airlines handled bags. And to no surprise, my suitcase handle was scratched, deep scratches. I was upset and reached out to the airline, and of course United Airlines said it wasn’t their fault. So I reached out to level 8 to see what I could do. They immediately ordered me a replacement handle with no questions asked. Great customer service!
Customer service is amazing
Customer service is amazing. One of the wheels on my hybrid carry on was bent to the point that I couldn’t roll the bag properly and they sent me a full replacement no questions asked. Beyond that the luggage is also a better value than Monos or Away.

I was devastated during my recent trip when I had my zipper on my Voyager suite case fail. The zipper it’s self was not a problem but the clasp that zips had broken. I absolutely love my Level 8 cases, I have two as well as my wife. Together we have traveled thousands of mile and to many countries with no problems. We have receive too many complements to count from baggage handlers, hotel staff and limousine drivers who were a maze at the quality of our cases. No dents, popping or difficult to pull, the wheels just smooth and easy. So when I contacted Level 8 because of what seem to be just a metal material defect they were so helpful and responded within a day to help with my problem. I have had my sets of luggage but none have ever compared, I highly recommend to anyone do yourself a favor and Level 8. You won’t regret it!

The suitcases are as advertised. We own a carry on and a trunk. They both perform great and have smooth ride with the wheels. However we had the misfortune that the zipper handle got damaged from an airport baggage service. The zipper held its own and no items were lost, however it had to be replaced. Upon contacting the customer service, the reply was swift and we got all replacement parts within a week. Great customer support and fast response time!

Quality and Legendary Customer Service
After months of searching for a replacement for our trusty Samsonites, Roncato and Monos bags, finally pulled the trigger on level8.(rewind) I purchased the NOBL luggage, and found a non responsive customer service and a luggage that did not ship, and finally figuring out it was a scam and tiktok hype that could not fulfill orders. After binge watching all the previous bags i have been eyeing, Level8 stood out, i was initially debating between the adventure, voyageur and Hegent. I ended up buying the Hegent carry on and Check in with a discount code i found online, I also ended up buying the freeloop in sage green carry on for my wifes mothers day gift present. I already know level8 is legendary for their smooth wheels and durability, but that will remain to be seen when i use the bags for our asia trip this June
First positive experience from level8:
- ordered the bags on may 4th, got a notification the same day that my luggage shipped
-recieved the 2 carry ons on the 5th and got the check in on the 6th. 2 carriers (Ontrac and Fedex) talk about express shipping. Level8 delivered, unlike the crappy NOBL.
-tested the bags right away, rolls without resistance and feels like butter smooth.
-bags are not to heavy 8-9 lbs on carry ons and 12lbs on the Hegent check in.
-premium feels on all bags and quality craftsmanship.
-Customer service very responsive and responded same day.
- level8 has ACTUAL PHONE NUMBER for customer support, no AI customer service BS.
Overall, I am happy with the purchase. Yes it is pricey, but i do not mind paying for quality, lifetime warranty and almost no negative reviews anywhere(there are some, but i guess a company cant please everyone). I am excited to take this on my trip, will update this review later when I return from Asia.

Regarding my order #71668, I ordered the Level8 26 in. voyager and the 20 inch voyager carry on size. They are beautiful, they roll wonderfully. I have not gone on a trip yet to use them but I can tell how well made they are and how my packing will be more efficient with how these are designed. I especially love the built in TSA approved locking system. Can’t wait to use them.
I am so in love with my luggage set
I am so in love with my luggage set, I was able to use my 30in voyager trunk on a weekend trip with my sister and the amount of souvenirs I was able to pack along with my clothes was surprising. The split sides that zip up are reassuring for flights since I’m positive even if the main zipper broke my stuff will be safe in a secondary zipper compartments.I recently received the voyager 28in and carryon and I’m super excited to use them.

Level 8 wasn’t my 1st choice but the default choice to meet my needs within budget with regard to function and style preference. Reevaluating my order & travel needs resulted in the necessity to modify my order. Level 8 customer service met my expectations in handling the modifications and exceeded them in comparison to other businesses who primarily communicate via email or chat. BYW, a phone call did result in communication with an actual human. For the part of the order received, I’m pleased with the quality. I‘ll soon be putting it to the test of rigorous travels hoping my opinion won’t change.
