Impressed New Customer

As a new customer (we are a charitable Trust) we're impressed with the personal touch when we need support. There's always someone to help and turnaround times are excellent. It's not unusual for us to get a response within the hour. The staff are so friendly, helpful and 'hands on'. It's so nice to have a conversation that doesn't include jargon, just common sense and guidance to fix the problem - thank you!

Excellent service so far!

I just thought I should let you know that our first few encounters with your guys, particularly Dan, have been fantastic !

Most of our team are technophobes, and scared of asking for help in case they feel stupid. The responses they've had have made them feel anything but that. And issues have been resolved very quickly, including some long-standing things that are obviously related to LEAP.

The team are very confident in the support we have in place.

When I was considering beefing up the support we have this was exactly what I was looking for, so that gives me a huge piece of mind

Great knowledge and customer service

We have recently moved all our IT services over to Sand, we reached out to a few IT providers several weeks ago and right from the start of the procurement process Sand were fantastic.

Alistair and Jake attended site and completed a detailed audit before making their recommendations and providing Sands commercial overview and pro-active support model relative to our business.

With over a 100 staff and further plans to grow its vital that Derbyshire Wildlife Trust have great partners supporting us and we feel that Sand can do just this!

I would recommend Sand to any business that is considering a change from their current MSP.

Wish I had switcehd earlier!

I had worked with Sand Communications previously and knew they have excellent customer service. I have now used them for my new business and once again found their customer relations to be second to none. Agreed the switch on Friday - fully onboarded by Wednesday! Amazing service with minimal disruption - great service from Jake and James for IT support, VOIP software and all our hardware needs! Thank You!

We just moved to Sand for all our IT…

We just moved to Sand for all our IT support. I emailed about an issue on a Saturday evening thinking it would get picked up on Monday, but it was immediately responded to with a solution. It thought that if this is a sign of things to come, then we have chosen the right partner for our business. The move over from our existing IT support was very smooth and Sand are very proactive, so we avoid problems before they arise rather than waiting till there is an issue and being reactive only. The people I have dealt with so far don't just respond like technical geeks, but are very approachable, understanding, can explain things to the none technically minded and are instantly helpful. They also follow up on issues to make sure they are really solved. I can't recommend Sand highly enough.

Great Install by Sand Communications

Just a quick review to say that we at Aerial Direct were so happy with the communication and work from the Sand engineer Frazer this week. He surveyed and installed at a site in Glasgow for me and dealt with any problems quickly and efficiently. Well done Frazer!

Always on hand to help

Jake, James and the team have been super helpful from the start of our experience and nothing is ever too much trouble. Fast to respond when we need help, and always just a phone call away. Honestly don't know why anyone wouldn't use Sand Communications. If you want IT support - these are the team to use.

Outstanding Provider

We moved over to Sand communication around 12 months ago, I was reluctant to leave a review too soon but honestly can not fault the team for the last 12 months.

Paul is truly a diamond. No matter the time of day he will help with any issues we may have. The service we have received has been outstanding and there is not 1 thing i can fault.

The only down fall is that we didn't find Sand sooner.

Excellent and smooth transition to Sand

We recently moved over to Sand Comms after many years with our previous provider. From the outset Paul was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and had an open and honest approach to their pricing. Overall he gave me great confidence in our decision.

Our onboarding was seamless and since then we have been looked after by Mitch, who set us up on new system. He is knowledgeable, had lot of patience with our questions, set up voicemails. He is responsive, friendly and very skilled at what he does.

We have only had positive feedback from our staff, which just makes me wish we had moved over earlier than we did!

We moved over to Sands in the back end…

We moved over to Sands in the back end of 2023, We have been massively impressed with the easy of set up and moving everything over, it cause zero disruption to the business and the customer service has been second to none. In the last few months we have experienced zero wait time in dealing with requests and new set ups. The whole team are professional and very responsive.
I would highly recommend Sand to any business looking for a fast streamline and professional communications service.

Fantastic company! A telecoms business you can trust!

Fantastic service from start to finish of implementation and also the support since porting over has been great.
Loads of contact and a thorough setup and prep made the go live day a doddle! We use a service called PCIPAL for taking, PCI compliant, card payments over the phone, this service was new to Sand but rather than it being a blocker Paul put in a lot of work to setup a new relationship with themselves and PCIPAL direct. Again, this took a lot of work but went through smoothly because of Sands care and attention. Having on site support on go live day really helped, meant any issues were quickly dealt with and we could keep a close eye on the number port.
