From start to finish InReach have been amazing - professional sales, faultless installation and attentive, knowledgeable service - if I'd know switching my Print & Comms supplier was this easy I would of done it ages ago - I intend to move my IT support to them next and would highly recommend them to anyone

Received dreadful customer service
I have been receding calls for over 2.5 years asking me for a meter reading.
Every time i tell them I don’t work in the company that used that printer anymore.
Every time they say they’ll remove my number.
And for 2.5 years the calls have never stopped.
They seriously need to hire someone competent in their departments

When you sign a contract that clearly states 36 months and then in the very very small print and the account manager never mentions that if you want to return the machine at the end of the 36 months, GUESS WHAT it is a 5 year contract and they want to charge you £1215.00 as early settlement. That includes a 10% early settlement discount!!!! Read clause 15.1 VERY CAREFULLY. NOT HAPPY

Absolute brilliant service, telephoned as I had run out of toner and mentioned I could collect as I was only a 15 minute drive away but they drove the item to me as it was urgently needed. Would definitely recommend.

We recently changed over from a big company and I cant believe how great and such a smooth process its been and to add very quick!! Zac who came in and help set up the new printer whilst disposing of the old one to!! was fantastic he was patient with all questions asked of him and he went over and beyond to make sure we knew everything and that everything was working perfectly. I cant recommend Inreach enough.

We have dealt with InReach for many years. For each machine we have had the sales team were good and very helpful and were able to meet our needs. Equipment was delivered on time and the delivery team were excellent. Ordering consumables is easy and they always arrive the next day. We have used the company for IT support and they are very knowledgeable and always resolve our issues. The servicing team are always professional and have dealt with any faults quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend this company.

Always very quick to act and respond. Professional and friendly and great advocats for the work we do in the community. They attend our charity events and have raised thousands of pounds towards our work with the homeless and vulnerable. They are a very valuable partner who we take a great deal of pleasure working with. They provide our mobile and printer contracts.

A user tried to hotspot from an 02 UK SIM but was unable to do so. The system registered that the handset was still overseas, despite it being in the UK. For several days attempts were made to resolve the hotspot issue. Despite several communications and attempts by the service provider, the user left the UK prior to the issue being resolved.
