Our mission is to supply the market’s best Santa suits for private customers and companies, for using at home, at parties, or for promotional purposes. We pay particular attention to the end effect – and make sure our costumes are convincing. That’s why we make them using high quality materials and guarantee complete sets; the full version of the Santa suit set comprises as many as 13 parts. We pay special attention to the choice of Santa beard and wig sets we offer, as part of the costume that particularly draws attention. And the whole time we draw on our many years of experience in organising events with Santa. The suits offered in our shop cannot be bought anywhere else, as the vast majority of our goods are items we produce ourselves.

Absolute shambles of a business
Absolute shambles of a business, goods didnt turn up in the timescales as promised (this can of course happen) but over 2 months later i'm still waiting for a refund, they no longer reply to any correspondence and when they did it was to say the returns hadn't arrived yet and they would update me. Over £100 lost and not even a second rate costume any more to show for it.

Truly bad customer service don’t use! not interested in helping on the phone item didn’t arrive on time after not meeting the timescale that it was supposed to be delivered in so they wouldn’t cancel order but wanted me to pay to send it back

Absolutely brilliant, helpful company. This is the second year of purchasing from them for our big public seasonal event and Anna was great in helping fulfill our order at the last minute. Once again we are very happy to deal with and totally recommend this company.
