Sash Windows London Opiniones

I had six windows replaced by Sash Windows London and the whole process was excellent from start to finish. The survey and ordering were clear and straightforward, and communication before the job started was really good – I always knew what was happening and when.
The team arrived on time, were polite and professional, and took real care to protect my home while they worked. The job was done efficiently, and everything was left clean and tidy.
The new windows look fantastic – I’m really pleased with the result and would definitely recommend Sash Windows London to anyone thinking about getting theirs replaced.

This was my first experience replacing old wooden windows with new uPVC in a shared freehold block, which was a bit more complex. However, the sales team quickly provided a stunning and comprehensive brochure, and Luca was fantastic in the beginning, delivering quotes and necessary paperwork and suggesting a visit to the charming Sash Windows showroom near Clapham Junction, which we visited. A minor communication mix-up regarding the survey was resolved by Jake, and the installation by Robert, with a quality/satisfaction check by Elvin, went very smoothly, with the Sash Windows team taking care of all the clean-up. I am thrilled with the finished result; the new double-glazed windows look beautiful, fit perfectly, and significantly enhance sound and energy efficiency. I've mentioned a few names, but my gratitude extends to the entire team. They are a lovely family-run company providing a personal, high-quality service. Highly recommended.

We recently had new sash windows installed and are very pleased with the whole experience. From the start, communication was clear and professional — the team explained the options available and gave helpful advice without being pushy. The installation itself was carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail. The fitters were punctual, polite, and kept the area tidy throughout the process, which we really appreciated.

The quality of the windows has made a noticeable difference: the rooms feel warmer and quieter, and the traditional sash style looks beautiful while still being smooth and easy to operate. It feels like a genuine upgrade in both comfort and appearance.

Overall, an excellent job — we would happily recommend them to anyone considering sash window installation.

Sash Windows London provided a great experience for replacing my windows! From the initial consultation to the installation, everything was seamless and completed to a high standard. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent customer advice.
I used Sash Window for a bespoke kitchen door. They were one of the few company to listen to our ideas and to come back with the design we wanted. They took the time to give us advice on the different options. The installation team were efficient, and took great care for a perfect finish.

I recently had Sash Windows London install 2 doors and 5 windows at my property, including a combination of PVC, timber, and aluminium windows. The team was professional, efficient, and attentive to detail throughout the process. They also provided excellent support with the Wandsworth planning permission process, making the whole experience stress-free. The quality of the work is outstanding, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable window and door solutions in London, especially when you need different materials as not many companies offer PVC, Timber and Aluminium.

Amazing finish and flexible in design. The windows and door have been a dramatic improvement and are noticeable in their quality and workmanship

I have used Sash Windows on three separate occasions for both wooden sash windows and PVC replacements. Each time, their service has been quick, straightforward, and professional. They provided excellent support with technical drawings and managed the entire window installation process seamlessly. They even went above and beyond by helping me find qualified tradesmen to handle the carpentry work needed around the new windows.
I’m so satisfied with their service that I plan to use them again next year for my downstairs windows. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I have an old wonky house and my windows were parallelograms really. These guys did a great job straightening everything out and now i can't hear anything of the street below. My room is much warmer and quieter and it all looks much better

Very happy with the experience and end result.

I wanted to replace 4 timber sash windows with new similar looking timber ones, given the old ones were worn out and falling apart in some places with the wood rotting away, as well as having poor thermal and noise insulation. I asked several companies for quotes. SWL came over and provided a quote promptly. I chose them because they appeared professional, knowledgeable and the quote was competitive.

The installation was rather uneventful: we agreed a date (allowing time for the windows to be built), SWL came on time and installed the windows over 2 days as agreed. The installers were courteous and efficient, the place was left clean and tidy. I asked SWL to come back a few days later to adjust (tighten) one of the sash mechanisms. Again, it was done quickly and efficiently.

The new windows look great and seem of good quality. The place look better overall because the new windows look neat (compared to the old ones). There is also a significant improvement with acoustics and insulation.

I would recommend SWL and would likely use them again.

Great service and very happy with my 5 new uPVC sash windows from SWL! The entire process was smooth, easy to follow and the team was friendly and helpful throughout. The Clapham showroom is really handy, well stocked and I'd recommend everyone to stop by if you can.

The team was 5* - Lydia kindly quoted me for probably 10 different options and dealt with many adjustments from my side. James helped meet my budget for the job. The surveyor was fun and explained everything I needed to know. The installers were polite, friendly and careful - and completed the job very efficiently and to a high standard. And finally, Jake was very accommodating when dealing with some minor snags post-installation. Thank you all!

I have already recommended SWL to a friend who is getting timber sashes from them and wouldn't hesitate to buy again for future projects.

I had two sash windows installed by Sash Windows and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial enquiry to the quotation, survey, and final installation, the service was truly impeccable. I even visited their showroom in person to choose and customise my windows, which made the process feel even more personal.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows, the installation was fast and professional, and the team on-site were kind, efficient, and respectful throughout.

Thank you to everyone at Sash Windows. I absolutely love my new windows, they look fantastic. I still have one more to replace, and I’ll definitely be coming back to you!

From initial enquiry to installation of four new windows, the team at Sash Windows London was excellent - friendly, efficient and helpful. We are extremely happy with our windows and recommend SWL wholeheartedly.
Many thanks SWL for making a potentially challenging project a straight-forward and stress-free process.

Installers were totally professional, on time, polite and bent over backward to give great service. The windows look marvellous. We were delighted.

Really seamless services from start to finish. From the initial meeting and quote to the work being completed, we've been really pleased with the results. The workers were super clean and tidy and we're really efficient. Definitely recommend!

We had our old victorian windows replaced by Sash Windows London recently and the experience was easy from start to end. They are an organised team making the quotation, survey and fitting really smooth. We are very happy with the results of what they have done and if we needed additional windows replacing would go back to them in a heartbeat.

We had an aging set of wooden French doors that were starting to wear away so decided to use sash windows London to replace them. After an initial consultation and chat we were presented with the options available and chose a new upvc set of doors. The installation team were great, in and out in a day and kept us well informed on how the work was going and what they were working on next. We’re so pleased with the work and doors, the whole room is brighter, cleaner and more secure! Would recommend 🙌

Great service from start to finish, work was done to a very high standard and the workmen were very professional. Highly recommend!

Had two windows replaced by Sash Windows London and had a very good experience throughout. James was a very knowledgeable advisor in selecting new windows and the installation team were friendly and efficient. Post installation, we had some small teething issues with the locking mechanisms but these were fixed promptly

Really responsive throughout the entire process and proactive as I was given the opportunity for an earlier installation date after a cancellation. The installers themselves were prompt, professional and tidy. Would recommend and use again.
