Despite having to re-arrange the installation booking on several occasions due to unavoidable medical appointments and hospitalisation all the staff at Sat-Works were always understanding, polite, efficient and accommodating.
Their local sub-contractor, James (Aerial Services Kettering), was personable, polite, efficient and respected my wishes regarding the actual installation which he completed effectively, cleaning up as he went and ensured that everything operated to specification before leaving. Both Sat-Works administrative staff in their customer services department and their installation engineer, James, are a credit to both Sat-Works and Starlink. It's an all too rare occurrence in this day and age, highly recommended!

The engineer Richard who attended our property was an absolute pleasure to work with — friendly, courteous, and clearly highly skilled. He arrived ahead of time, worked efficiently, and took the time to explain the setup and ensure everything was working perfectly before he left. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing a top-quality job.
The Starlink installation itself is flawless — neat, tidy, and perfectly positioned for optimal signal. Our internet is now fast and stable, which has made a huge difference to our daily life and work.

Sam the engineer was concerned about fixing the weighty Starlink dish on my static caravan but rather than jumping ship his solution was to fix it to my shed, run the cabling under the caravan & up through the lounge floor. He was literally a star! Thank you.

They sent a friendly and very experienced local installer (Northsat) who completed the job quickly, cleanly and efficiently. They also kept me well informed at every stage. Thoroughly recommend Northsat and Satworks.

The engineer turned up nice and early. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained every aspect of the installation as he installed it and gave me clear, easy to understand instructions how to use the Starlink app and Deco app. Setup was a breeze and the installation works perfectly. Very happy with our Starlink satellite installation undertaken by sat-works. Alex was very knowledgeable on the positioning of the dish and associated cabling and did a very good job leaving a tidy environment on completion. I would recommend sat-works unreservedly.

Great work from start to finish and vwry helpful

The gentleman that installed Starlink was fantastic, he made recommendations regarding placement and checked to make sure I was happy at every stage. He knew the product inside out and talked me through the set up and utilisation elements and most likely went beyond what would be expected of him. He phoned to book a date and time with me in advance and was incredibly punctual as well. Would recommend to anyone.
