BRILLIANT from order to installation. Kept informed either by txt or phone call about when to expect delivery of Starlink kit. When would be best date to install etc. Engineers were great,Cheerful and tidy. All checked to working standard before they left.

Ordered equipment Sunday 7th June as BT had disconnected my existing broadband in error and couldn't reconnect for 3weeks? Starlink was delivered Tuesday 9th June. I got system working on Wednesday 10th June on a temporary basis with 'Dish' lying on my grass - app was excellent for setup! 6 days later engineer arrived, did a great job and properly installed system 'dish' with a bracket and cabled into house. Speed is excellent.

We recently had an installation carried out by Sat works for our satellite broadband and its been refrehsing to experience a company with great communication, proactive confirmations of attendance was aprpeciated too.

Day of arrival the engineer called to keep me posted as to his estimated time of arrival, even ringing when delayed in traffic.

Once arrived the engineer was very knowledgable surveyed our building and undertook his work cleanly, professionally and indeed swiftly.

Overall, I was very impressed with this 1st class service and would use it I recently had an installation done by Sat Works for our satellite broadband, and I must say, it was a truly refreshing experience. Their communication was outstanding, with proactive confirmations of attendance that demonstrated their commitment to customer service.

On the installation day, the engineer called to update me on his estimated arrival time and even reached out when he hit traffic, which I greatly appreciated.

When he arrived, I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He conducted a thorough assessment of our building and completed the installation both efficiently and neatly.

In summary, I was thoroughly impressed with the first-class service provided by Sat Works and would wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone in need of satellite broadband installation.

Brilliant, right from start to finish. I live in Sticksville and was so cheesed of with my intermittent internet rubbish that I was seriously thinking of going back to the Pony Express, which would have been quicker and much more reliable. Then I found Mr Musk's set up and after just 24 hours I realise I should have one this ages ago. Communications bliss! Honestly, just to have an email I know I can rely on has taken so much aggravation out of my day.

We had our Starlink installed today by Sat-works and the service was brilliant, we were always kept up to date with when it was going to be installed. The young lad that installed it for us was very polite and well mannered and did a great job for us, he is an asset to the company and it’s a shame more young people are not like him

The pre-installation and communication was excellent. They messaged the night before with an estimated arrival time. The engineer worked quickly and even drilling through the brick work to run the cable there was minimal mess, and they cleaned up after themselves. Cannot fault Sat-Works. Would highly recommend.
