The enginner was amazing clean tidy and very pleasant to speak to

Both the office and the engineers could not have been more helpful after DHL made a mess of delivery. If you are unsure if you should book an instillation, or do the job yourself, then I recommend booking the engineer. I even have all the tools necessary, but I would not have made as good a job of it as these guys did.

A first class service, from initial order, through to installation. The product does exactly what it says on the tin, and provides a super fast flawless internet connection especially for those living in rural areas. So, if you’re struggling to receive a decent and lag free connection, then Starlink is definitely for you. I missed the lower priced 6 month deal currently set at £25 per month, however, paying £35 per month has provided me me with an unblemished internet service!

Great service , Great job, Guys were very helpful and explained fully how to set up the Starlink broadband.

Engineer was prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. I supplied my own bracket and cable for starlink installation and suggested the most likely position for the panel to go near the roof line. The engineer checked position direction etc and went straight to it.Bracket installed securely, cable ran neatly, hole through wall sealed and interior cable clipped unobtrusively to base of skirting board. No mess, no drama, just as it should be. Would be happy to use/recommend again.

Paul was excellent when installing my Starlink. He was chatty and informative giving great advice on installation location and app use.

Cam installed our starlink in the local area and couldn't rate his service higher. Kept us in the loop with arrival times, completed the work with minimal fuss and answered all questions I had. Would definitely recommend.

Paul, our installer was exceptional - exteremely helpful - went above and beyond and even offered to remove my redundant sat dish - professional install throughout - no short cuts - very tidy clean and efficient - highly reccomended!

The installer was brilliant a true professional who new exactly what he had to do and explained what he was going to do. As for the reception quality I regret not getting Starlink earlier. Chatting to my son in Australia is no longer a task of standing outside in the rain at the top of the garden. Its brilliant.

Sat works have been excellent from start to finish, the initial email stated that it would be around a 2 week lead time, but an engineer was able to attend after 4 days, Richard is a clear professional with his work, we looked at where the dish should go and the installation was completed to a high standard and every was neatly installed and no mess was left, the whole installation was completed in around 30 mins and then set up was around 40 mins due to a storm passing overhead.

Overall i am very happy with Sat Works and would highly recommend them to anyone.
