Sauna Timber Opiniones

I’ve never built a sauna before so this was my first attempt. I had looked at several websites when planning what to do. After I received my samples I decided to order the majority of my materials from Sauna Timber. I have now fitted the 126 strips of Alder panelling and not one piece was damaged or sub standard. In the past with other wood working projects I always order a few items spare to allow for damage. In the case of Sauna Timber this was not required as every item was 100%. The delivery and customer service was fantastic as well. I’ve got my sauna now but would have no problems whatsoever recommending them. Well done. A very satisfied customer.

Top quality wood, very fast delivery, delivered in 2 days time frame, all packed well.

Great door, fast delivery. Well done 👍

Fantastic customer service throughout the process, from initial inquiry to final delivery. We were kept brilliantly informed during each stage. Andrei was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and sincere. Also, much better priced than others on the market with what we needed in stock at the busiest time of the year. I believe Sauna Timber is one of the few companies that keep stock in the uk and as a result provided speedier shipping times. Thank you, Andrei! Would highly recommend!! :)

A very prompt and efficient service with help and advice given at every stage.

Top quality and truly amazing service - an engaged seller that really seems to care about saunas and their sauna kit clients. Speedy and very well priced delivery too!

It's refreshing to be able to give a top review to a business rather than complain about poor service.

I honestly can't praise the team at Sauna Timber enough

Helpful, polite and friendly service. Thank you.

Andrei was brilliant! Excellent communication on the telephone, simple hassle free delivery. The sauna door and accessories were absolutely beautiful and top quality. The wood has a lovely natural woody scent that I think is going to be lovely in the sauna. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing sauna products.

All in all highly recommended as your sauna timber and acessories supplier of choice.

Great product, reasonable delivery times and great service!

Great product at a reasonable price with excellent service.

A brilliant company. I can't recommend them strongly enough .. I bought from Sauna Timber on two occasions, firstly a window and vapour barrier, and secondly timber for benchs, a vent cover and other accessories. .
On both occasions I spoke directly with the owner who gave direct, straightforward information and was unbelievably helpful and informative.
The goods where of excellent quality and the delivery was rapid. In the case of the timber I ordered it on a Wednesday and was called the following afternoon to be told it would be delivered in person bt the owner that evening. I live in southern Scotland and the company is based in East Anglia! .. Incredible!

Quite simply the quality of the products and the service from Andrei cannot be faulted - the man is an inspiration - so much so that he is making me look a lot closer at our own customer service levels.

Excellent service kept us up to date all the way until delivery and after service questions asked helped us with them

Excellent service and communication throughout, will definitely use this company again.
