Customer service reached out to me to make sure I was aware my order would be arriving later in the month and if I was still ok with that. I also inquired about something else regardung my order and they said they would look into it, which they did and notified me of the update. Very helpful and I appreciate it!

They were immediately responsive to my questions. After the order was placed, the shipping was very fast. When the shipping company didn't reach out to arrange delivery, Nordica contacted them on my behalf to inquire. I would definitely order from them again.

Have been using a sauna and steam bath for years sand we now have one right in our home. Use it 3 times a week and love it. Just received the back rests in a separate order. Not sure about them just yet, little uncomfortable and they move around. All in all great products!

We got our sauna as planned and even before the arrival period that was promised. I have a two little splits in wood on insignificant places to report but have not gotten around to it as we just installed it. The sauna is amazing and the sales team was very helpful
