My experience with the company has been excellent. I don’t have any experience using the product thank goodness! I bought this as a precaution as I live alone and know that in the event of an emergency this could be the difference between life and death.

They lied again. Did not send my money back after this last review. I got discussed wi3th all the time I invested Thought the product spoke for them, but NO!!! NO INTEGRITY. I GAVE THEM WHAT THEY WANTED, THE PURCHASE INFO... NO.

I received the product almost overnight, and it was nicely packaged. It looked exactly like the product shown. I ordered the two available sizes, for children & adults, but it would be nice if they offered an additional XL size for larger people. I had a short, stubbly 5 o'clock shadow on my face and a mustache, and I had to try getting a nice seal 3 times on myself, which drew a little concern. If you pass your hand through running water and slap some moisture on the face before using it, I learned that it makes a slightly better seal versus going dry over the mouth. Maybe the mouthpiece could've been made of a softer, stickier, tackier, gooier silicon material so that it'd provide the absolute best seal immediately, I don't know.

I ordered this product thinking it was an American company based out of CA, given the physical address on the website. Tracking showed it came from China, which was not disclosed. Would never have purchased it had I known. Review of the company shows they are a foreign company using a registered agent to do business in CA. The address used is one registered to over 3k companies, many reviewed as scams. Have emailed them requesting refund and prepaid label to return item and they continue to ignore me, despite their claim of easy refund available on the website. Avoid like this company like the plague! I have had to open a dispute with PayPal and will be reporting them for fraud through various federal and state regulatory agencies.

Have not had to use the pump yet, but I got everything I ordered. Hope we never have to use them!!

Not re playing to emails had no order !!

While I can't give a 5 star because we haven't needed it, I CAN tell you that I did stick it on my face to try it and it promptly sucked my sinuses dry.

Worst product and doesn’t even work to the degree as advertised. If I needed to depend on this product in a real chocking emergency, I can guarantee it wouldn’t work. Doesn’t create any suction when activated. To make matters worse, SafeLix does not offer any customer support phone number and the email to their customer service center goes unanswered after many emails to them for a return and refund. Do NOT buy this product. It’s a total scam.

I have put it as I have it and hope never to need it's use bought two and gave one to a friend who is also disabled and a fire blanket so if she needed something in an emergency she would have these two items at hand for that emergency moment fir herself or even to use them on someone else she live in a senior citizen apt complex and the neighborhood is all seniors each is close near by folks if a moment in time should accure to herself or a neighbor she or someone else may need split second help ....

The order came quite fast and the device comes with an adult and youth face mask that I liked. I haven't personally had the chance to use the device yet and I pray that my wife and I never have to. I really purchased it in case one of us is not around in the event of a choking emergency. I'm glad I did, especially since we are getting older and you just never know these days.

I am very glad I have this device. I also purchased ones for my grown children. Thankfully none of us has needed it.

It’s nice and I haven’t used it so I’m sure it works,hope I never have to use it but it’s good to have incase you need it

My order was promptly processed and delivered. It's hard to rate a product that I haven't had to, and hopefully will never have to, use. The materials are good and the device works smoothly. I have no doubt that it will perform as advertised if it is ever needed. I live alone and this gives me a greater sense of security in case I should need it for myself.

You need to pay attention to what they are providing as they keep adding on. I ttook my time and order 2 of the savelix. Many years ago I choked at home and no one was there. I ran myself into the counter and was OK. I live alone, almost 79 and anything could happen. I tried it up against my face and gently pulled just to see what it felt like..... This Savelix is awesome and every person who lives alone should own one!

Really like that it works without needing to 'mash' the device down on the victims face like other devices. Very gentle in practice. Also more compact than most other devices.

Customer care resolved my concern in a professional, generous manner. The products that this company sells look excellent. I have not used them so I can only review my experience regarding the customer care department. Thank you for hearing me and resolving my issue.

The socks were extremely comfortable and a really great price.
Will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Initially, my review was not good. Once the company saw the poor rating, they got back to me right away. They worked things out in my favor. Things were cleared up in a couple of days.

I haven't use it but I have two in my condo.

I bought this because of money back guarantee. The product is cheaply made not a lot of suction. I have been asking for a refund I'm continuously ignored. Don't deal with this company
