Good product. I keep one in my car and the other one I donated to the nursery in my church.

Grateful have not had to use but have practiced with device. Easy to put together and use.
Impressed it seems easy to handle if you were alone and had to use.

I have not had a chance to use/practice using the product, however, am planning to gift 2 to my daughter

It's good for family to have some sort of medical device or trained person to administer CPR if choking is involved.

Not much to review unless it is needed, which I hope never happens. It took a long time to receive the Item. I ordered off of Face Book and did not realize it was being shipped straight from China. Either way, I will give 3 stars and if needed and used AND works properly, I will update My review.

I purchased four of these devices following a recent event in a restaurant that I frequent wherein a customer was choking. His life was saved by Sheriff Deputies who happened to be there and used the Heimlich Maneuver. My wife and I have one of the four, the others went to our three adult sons. reasons There are two reasons. If you are alone, there is noone there to use the Heimlich Maneuver on you. You can use this device on yourself, as well as someone else. The second reason is that the Heimlich Maneuver requires that air be in the victims lungs to expell the blockage from the throat, so it's ineffective in 20% of choking cases. This device creates a vacuum effect to clear the airway.

My hospital had provided us with choking rescue devices and as you suggested I gave it to a neighbor with small children. Your refund was immediate and much appreciated. All companies should be as professional as you are. I appreciate you.

I had a problem with shipping and not receiving the product. Savelix resolved the matter and took care of everything. I must say that they are an honorable good company to deal with.

I have saved two people from chocking. It is horrifying to see the horror and fear when someone is choking. SaveLix provides you with piece of mind know you can perhaps be that special someone who saves a life. Keep on in your home, vehicles and RV's. Chocking can happen anytime, anywhere.

After careful review of many anti choking products I chose SaveLix. I was impressed by their 90 return or refund guarantee. I received four products.

I paid $200. I am not satisfied with the product. I tried to use it on myself and my husband. It just does not
work. In a life and death situation it would be a tragic mistake to turn to this product for help.
I have tried over and over again to contact SaveLix. They do not respond.
If they are scamming me I plan to contact American Red Cross, American Heart Association and FDA to tell them to be aware of this dangerous scam. Because people are hoping this device could save a life it makes the Scam even more dishonest
Their contact list does not offer a phone number. I am asking for a refund of my $200.

Update: The company reached out and gave me a refund. Thank you!

Paid a great deal of money and received nothing. Lip service only from correspondence. Wrote again today and more lip service. I have no product and they have the money.

The product is very well made and I hope that I never have the need to use it but it is here if I need it. I bought 4. One in my car and one in my home plus 2 for my daughters family one for car and one for home. It is great that an adult mask and pediatric mask.

2 months and still no order received!

I am a physician and I ordered 3 of those devices for my parents and adult kids. They are not what they claim they are. No way this device can save life, no good fit, not enough suction. I tried to get return label and it is over 10 days now that I am requesting this. The response is they will transfer me somewhere for speedy service, but unfortunately no response. And they have time limit for refunds. Terrible device, terrible customer service, and they are also not FDA approved.

Addendum- they emailed me back and refunded money. Too bad they needed this review to act on my simple request to get refund approved.

I ordered two of these devices, then went online and read bad reviews--plus, I could order better devices for less money. I tried to cancel my order, but couldn't, so then I counted on their "fast and easy" return policy. I received the devices and have written at least five times to return them, but keep getting pushed off onto "other departments." I am fed up with these people and their horrible customer service. I tried to get a refund through PayPal, but they told me to cancel my dispute, so now I can't even do that. What a rip off!

UPDATE: After writing this review, they issued a full refund. But I shouldn't have had to write them a half dozen times. But I do appreciate that they kept their word about refunding--finally.

I'm confused with all the five-star reviews that say "haven't used it yet". Well, duh . . . if you haven't used it, how can you rate it?

I ordered my savelix more than 2 months ago and never received it,the tracking info just disappeared

Very easy to use and give you a peace of mind.

I bought several for family members and a friend that lives alone. They arrived in a timely manner and I had no problems with the order or shipping. I hope I never have to use it but there is peace of mind knowing that I have it.
I’m going to order a couple more to put in vehicles as well.
