When Saville Row closed down in the UK we were quite disappointed as my son always wore custom made Saville Row glasses. We couldn’t even get the repairs done after the closure of their factory. Hence we decided to place an order with the company which is now based in Italy, and the Saville Row UK Marketing Manager was very helpful in the process, even extending a 20% discount offer until the bespoke order was confirmed with the factory. But we were unaware of the intricacies related to purchasing goods from the EU, particularly with shipping and customs. That is when the marketing manager stepped in and really made a difference. It was customer service at its best. We truly admire the way the marketing manager handled this difficult situation.

Outstanding customer service. Being overseas and buying glasses of this price can be a bit scary, but they will make sure to assist you if you have any questions whatsoever. The glasses quality is absolutely insane. Highly recommended.

Amazing frames, love it !

My glasses were damaged during delivery. When I opened them, they had scratches on the lenses. This was after a plastic piece where the glasses rest for bridge support inside the case came off and was dislodged, revealing a sharp metal rough connecting part that scratched my lenses. However the beauty of the frames is so incredible, that I surrendered my sorrow and accepted the unfortunate events during exportation. Other than that my order was promptly processed and was delivered on time, I am happy with my purchase.

I've been wearing Savile Row eyewear since around 1989, so I was very happy to see the company finally re-open in Italy!

After receiving my order I made a stupid mistake and damaged the temples. The help and service I received after that (despite the fault being 100% mine) has been impeccable, with consistently kind and quick responses to my questions - and a very satisfying offer/solution to the problem.

The eyewear itself is beautiful and high quality!

The shipping packaging is good, sturdy quality as well, and orders have arrived in Denmark quickly and according to estimated times (FedEx).

Spent over six months waiting for my glasses to arrive after I ordered them. When they arrived they seemed very cheap and made of low grade plastic. Definitely not worth the $1050 dollars I spent on them. My old $106 Ray+Bans look and feel much more expensive. I wasted a ton of money.

Making the order was quick and fast via website but the main point I would like to describe is the communication with the Savile Row employee (Daniele Morelli) which took a great value of professionalism and customer care. Point it out to me on my mistake in understanding the parameters of my frame. We quickly corrected the order details.
Such care and touch of human, when come to think of it as a simple, every day order, Savile Row gave me warm and assurance of not the quality of the frame but also the people who did it.
