I had to buy a new set of temples, as my sweat corroded the ones I had. All it took was a simple e-mail, a reply, click a link, and they were ordered, They arrived in the US from the UK in a week. Excellent service, and a classic frame, that is reminiscent of old-world craftsmanship, Savile Row Eyewear is an excellent company to work with.

I live in the Midwest, USA. Ordered beautiful eyeglass frames (Algha Oval with W-bridge in shiny gold). Received very quickly. Fit was as hoped--I love them. 3 months in, I discovered I was among the unfortunate whose face oils discolor the gold. Customer service was excellent. Replied to emails promptly and courteously and answered my numerous questions. Shipped back for inspection and repair. They covered shipping both ways and re-plated the gold, free-of-charge. Frames were back on my face in less than a week! Great product and wonderful customer experience!

Savile Row provides excellent product and service. I wear round, rimless, (Steve Jobs) Savile Row 18kt gold. Steve’s were made in Germany, but mine fit me just right. From the day I put them on, folk noticed and admired my glasses. It wasn’t until I needed a repair that I found out how great Savile Row is. I originally purchased my glasses online in the US. When I needed repair, I was on my own; the online store would not help me. Once Savile Row understood my need and looked over the damage they sent me a new frame and I am wearing my glasses again.

I always wanted to wear round rimless glasses with simple thin ear pieces and nuts and bolts that hold everything together that were popular in the 60’s and 70’s when I was a student at the University of Michigan. It’s an old school style frame, hard-to-find, unique, and stylish. Back then, I was told my prescription was too strong and I would need a frame to properly hold the lens. Fast forward to a few years ago, much older now, I had cataract surgery and most all the vision correction was taken up in the lens implant. One day, in my eye doctor’s office, I saw a photo of Steve Jobs on the cover of Time Magazine wearing “my glasses.” I said, “That’s what I want!” Trouble is, I could not find any place in my town or other cities that sold this style of frame. I did an on-line search with “round, rimless, eyeglass frames” as the search criteria. Looking only at the resulting “images” there they were looking right back at me with (Steve Jobs) in parentheses to confirm the accuracy of the search. I purchased the glasses and later learned that a company in London made the frames and the on-line store in the US had the lenses ground to my prescription. They fit perfectly and provided the transitional strength from close-up to far away that I needed. Needing to change out the lens, my local eyeglass store broke the frame hinge somehow. The online store was no help. I couldn’t find anybody locally to do a repair. That’s when I searched the web to find Savile Row. I found them. They listened to me. They solved the problem. I’m so pleased with their care and service, I am always quick to let people know about them. It’s a great story. Next time I need a pair of glasses or want a second pair of glasses I’m going to deal directly with Savile Row.

I was unsure about fit, and the staff at Savile Row helped me every step of the way. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, even sending me photographs as examples and explaining how each measurement would affect the final fit. The glasses are beautiful, and clearly very well made. Ordering all the way from Australia was no trouble, and the glasses arrived more quickly than expected. They were safely packaged and came with a nice case. I couldn't be happier. I am currently saving for a second pair, as I believe they are well worth the price.

I sent more than 5 emails to chat with Ben to make the frame shape/size fits me better. He always reply my questions fast, patiently and friendly...Once I got the frame I have ordered, it fits me very well and greatly comfortable. Besides, it makes my face smaller:) As a material scientist, I also checked the material...The frame is made by what they announced.

I bought my frame made of Rhodium, It's as hard as I expected. On the one hand, it can mechanically keep the shape of frame, however, on the other hand, it's just to hard to be adjusted by a user....I broke the pads on my frame when I try to adjust the height of them by using wrong tool... So if you choose Rh frames, go and find a professional optical store for fine tuning it...

I have ordered 2 pairs of frames from Savile Row and my experience has been awesome ! Ben at SR has always been very helpful. I have been wearing glasses all my life (I'm 59), and I've always been searching for the "right" frame. Well, I've found it at Savile Row! I wear the rimless shallow Panto. The timeless design is absolutely perfect !

I am on my second pair of their frames over >10 years. I have some hobbies that are very hard on frames and theirs have held up extremely well. Naturally, wrapped frames occasionally need parts every 4 years or so and the after sale customer service has been excellent. Far exceeding hopes and expectations on the rare occasion when service was needed. All it takes is an e-mail for great personal service to the US.
Even if I didn't get complements on the frames all the time, and even if I grew tired of the style ( which I wont) I would buy their frames just because I know I can count on them for any post sale needs (switching temples for instance)

Classic excellence! I own a pair of the panto with windsor rims. It has become a part of my look. I've received countless compliments on them. The people at Savile Row provide extraordinary customer service. I have had some fitting issues or parts needed replaced, they responded promptly and replaced the faulty parts for free.
