I had a problem with a t-shirt I had recently purchased and contacted customer services to see if my issue could be rectified. Mia from the customer support team handled my issue efficiently and professionally. The way in which I was communicated to and my issue resolved was exemplary and I couldn't commend the team as a whole and Mia specifically any more of their top class customer support. Thanks

Incredible customer service
After a problem with UPS delivery, the customer support staff spent a lot of effort to track my parcel and help reclaim it. They were extremely efficient and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Excellent service - ordered two pairs of Pace shorts (one for me and one for my wife). The quality is amazing - slim fit, but perfect freedom of movement and style. I had to return my wife's for a slightly larger size - I reached out to customer services and they replied almost immediately and answered all my queries. Both of us are very happy. Will buy products again.
