Many time I replied to him don't call me and DND service are also active by customer care.. non sense guys always calling..

Non-fulfillment of Offers and False Advertisements

Below is the mail I wrote on 20th Jan 2024, well within the offer period and completed the task also within that period.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the non-fulfilment of the promotional offers associated with my SBI Vistara credit card (ending with 0993).

Add-On Credit Card Offer - Swiggy One Membership Voucher: I applied for literally two add-on credit cards during the offer period, and as per the terms, I spent more than ₹1,500 within 45 days of the add-on card issuance from both the add-on cards also, I should have received at least a voucher for Swiggy One membership. Despite meeting the criteria and waiting for an extended period, I have never received the promised voucher.

I have already contacted your customer service through calls and have been told that I didn't complete the requirements before the deadline but I made sure that I did it and they are totally lying on the face and as soon as I mailed from next day, literally they changed the advertisements for all their comoing mails.

For the final time, I insist on immediate action to rectify this situation and fulfil the promised benefits as per the terms and conditions of the respective offers. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter by complaining to the Banking Ombudsman of the Reserve Bank of India.

One word looters

One word looters. Annual fee on cards, no cash rewards granted, closing the card costs money, no response for any questions asked, blocks you from every conrner of the app, charged annual fee even after closing the card. Big liars and cheaters.

I am dissatisfied with SBI credit card…

I am dissatisfied with SBI credit card services because there is no toll-free number for rapid support.There have been no effective responses to client complaints/requests regarding transactions.My case, which was filed on October 31, still has an ETA of February 18th 2024 to be resolved.They do not update the status when contacted to chargeable care since executives are not knowledgeable.

Worst service ever encountered from a…

Worst service ever encountered from a financial institution. They flagged a genuine transaction as suspicious and while that is par for the course, they excessively blocked me from even logging in to my account. When I made contact and explained that I am stuck without being able to transact, they had the gall to say that it will take 10 days for the card to be unblocked and my account to be unlocked. 10 days to correct a mistake they made.

Please do not make the fool to customers

I will suggest everyone that do not take the SBI credit card. They work to make you fool. SBI charge extra amount on every transaction and SBI gives 20 days credit only after that it changed late fees. Already I have paid this fees. Also I have talked his customer care but there is nothing support for consumer. I am blocking my card. I requested please do not take any card from SBI.

More than 20 days still issue not resolved. What the meaning of Shortly in SBI CARD Company it's been more than 8 days saying we will update status shortly . Please take immediate action in this matter. and reactivate my card immediately.

Poor Customer Service

If i write emails they dont reply even after 3-4 days they just say call did not connect. if i wanted to resolve problem with Call then why would i write them a mail.

Don't take any credit card from SBI…

Don't take any credit card from SBI against FD . I have booked FD 1 Jan 2018 and now my FD is matured, but when I visit to branch to release my FD. Employee said sir your FD is hold . 1st you should close your card than we will release your FD. Same day I paid my due amount but FD is hold till now . When I contact to CCE they told it will take 15 days time . And branch said it will take 7 days . I'm waiting from 10 days but no any response from bank or CC department. Tell me 1 thing why you want 15 days to release my FD . I have already paid your bill and no 1rs due... According to my experience SBI is one of worst service provider ... He always misguide and panic his customer .. SBI CC is 3rd class service provider...
