My life was miserable after I lost my entire savings to some fishy crypto mentor I came across online! I contacted Scam Help net and they were beyond helpful starting from the first call. Going great for now. Was initially hesitant to hire them due to fees involved, you have to pay upfront, etc… They have traced my cryptos so far and the police is helping me out here. I am hoping for the best here!

I did get results in the end
I did get results in the end, but honestly, the process dragged on longer than I expected. I was told 4-6 months but it took closer to 9. The team did keep me updated, but the pace was frustrating at times. Also, their fees aren’t cheap at all Between upfront payments and the success fee, it felt a bit heavy on the wallet. That said, they did recover around 60% of my lost funds, which I appreciate. Just be ready for a long and involved process.

I had been burned not just by a scam but also by another so-called recovery firm. Scam Help helped me to restore my trust. They were patient with my questions, respectful of my situation, and gave me a clear strategy. It wasn’t an easy ride… There were delays with responses from banks and exchanges, struggles with regulators, I gave up a couple of times, but the team stayed on it… In the end, I got more than half my money back. I’m incredibly thankful and finally able to move forward.

Their team was knowledgeable and handled my case with care, but I was overwhelmed by how much documentation was needed. Honestly, I almost gave up halfway. In the end, we managed to recover around 40% of the money I lost to a crypto scam. I’m thankful, but I expected a smoother ride and a faster turnaround time. Use them if you’re okay with gathering tones of data, your involvement will be needed quite a lot.

The team was incredibly professional and took the time to listen to my story without judgment. They were clear about what was realistic and didn’t overpromise. ScamHelp can do little to track down the scammers.
I believe ScamHelp is a legitimate organization and do what they can to help but I found in the end they can do little more than write letters for you to send to law enforcement and the businesses involved. I had already done a lot of the work but they suggested. They did nothing to track down the scammers and recover my money. If you have the time you can do everything they suggested or use the money to get an attorney.

After a scam in november 2024 I found cyberclaims and phoned with one of their team in netherlands who informed me that I have a chance to rescue my money. Because I used bank-transactions there would be a good chance for success if I would act fast and follow the right course of action. I decided to give them a try and gave them all info I had from the scamers.
After reviewing my case I got easy instructions according my dispute with the banks involved in my transfers. So long I got a part of my loss back from the bank and we are still working on my balance. The team is very friendly and we check every stepp, so I m very happy I got help and could not have made it alone so far.
Doing a good job I rcommend cyberclaims.

They did a lot of work but for example when they asked me to send an email to certain companies and I told them that the email was not working they just ignored it and turned to something else. They helped me to recover 5 transactions through the bank, it was a chargeback assistance. I was investing in stocks and the company apparently went underwater. I did quite some digging and learnt that the company had never been properly regulated, in other words, it was a scam. I tried approaching the bank myself, but my request was denied. I decided to seek some professional help and they helped me to escalate my chargeback further. The bank reconsidered the decision and I got the full amount back plus interest.
